"You can call your family and tell them what happened here." His voice was a little bit tight when he said the last word, but Meera didn't notice that because she was so happy to have her phone back. "I wanted to buy you a new phone, but I thought you would want your old phone back."
Someone phone would have a memorable thing inside of that, as it was a personal item, so after some consideration, Dalton thought giving back her old phone would be the best option, since he could buy her a new one if she really wanted one.
"Thank you," Meera said cheerfully, she wrapped his neck and kissed his cheeks a few times, her voice was very placating to hear. "I am so happy."
"This is the first time I heard you say that you are happy here." Dalton caressed her back mindlessly, he just couldn't help himself, but wanting to touch her again and again.
Meera blushed when she heard that. "I will express more of my feeling later on."
