As now they were clashing head-on, it was apparent Liebe was on the receiving end of the attacks.
Warner said, "Liebe, let's end this battle."
Liebe said, "Alright then."
Warner said, "Phoenix Flame Magic: Blazing Flame Charge!"
Liebe said, "Dark Magic: Vesta Grand Blades!"
As they charged head to head, after the attack, Warner was on his knees and yet Liebe was on the ground. As everyone was watching the battle:
Mia said, "Sir, this can't be. It can't be. Did the Fleet Admiral—did he just lose?"
Licht said, "No, it can't be. I refuse to believe it."
Gelda said, "Come on, Liebe, get up!"
Eldrie said, "Do it, Lord!"
May said, "Please, Liebe, get up!"
Lara said, "Lord, get up and win this!"
Lilith said, "Get up! You can win!"
Warner said, "Come on, Liebe, get up! You promised me, you all—this can't be it. Get up and show me your all!"
As the announcer said, "If Liebe Faust does not get up in 15 seconds, then Warner will be the winner."
As the ground was covered in Liebe's blood, everyone was screaming, "Liebe! Liebe!"
Isurugi said, "Get up, sir!"
Fate said, "Maestro, win this!"
Lichee said, "End this, Liebe!"
As Licht screamed, "God damn win this, Liebe!"
As Liebe finally got up, Liebe said, "I told you. I won't lose."
Warner said, "Come at me with your all!"
Liebe said, "I was planning to save this for an important moment, but I guess this qualifies. Summon Abyssal Gate—times four!" As four Abyssal Gates were summoned, two on each side.
As Lilith stood up and screamed, "I taught him that! Take that, god damn world!"
Liebe said, "Now, Dark Magic: Vesta Grand Blades!" As his blades were on flame again.
Far away, Greed said, "Aila, what's wrong?"
Aila said, "Hestia... behind this... the blazing dawn is coming. Faust is awakening."
Liebe said, "Time for the new stuff. Dark Magic: Vesta's Black Servant!" As the flames engulfed him.
Liebe said, "Now, Warner, come at me!"
As Liebe's hands were pulled from both sides by the chains of the two Abyssal Gates on each side:
Warner said, "Fine then. No holding back. Phoenix Flame Magic: Raging Blaze Charge!"
As Liebe was being pulled by the Abyssal Gates, Liebe said, "Almost there."
As Warner charged towards him, Liebe said, "Now!" And being pulled by the Abyssal Gates, he was launched by the momentum as they clashed once more.
Lilith said, "Idiot! Holy Relic: Orb of Dominance—Black Hole!"
As after the clash, Warner was on the ground, and the power was great enough that it shattered the barrier like paper. The only reason the people survived was because the Black Hole attack stopped it from destroying the northern stadium.
As Warner was on the ground, in 15 seconds it was declared that Liebe Faust was the winner.
As May flew down:
May said, "Brother!"
Warner said, "Well, looks like I lost."
May said, "Brother, that was amazing!"
Warner said, "Thanks."
May said, "Congrats on winning, Liebe."
Soon it was the award ceremony. Team Liebe received their gold medals, and Warner's team received the silver medals.
As the barriers went online again, there were alarms. All gates were locked down, and there was an announcement:
"Everyone, attention please. The individual known as Gaia Morningstar is not a human, but rather a devil who made it to our world. And Team Liebe is guilty for the crimes of harbouring a devil. They have committed the worst crime of them all—the crime of betraying humanity."
