"A choice?" Alexis Rhodes was momentarily stunned. She understood exactly what Dark Magician Girl meant, and her face instantly flushed crimson. She wanted to clarify things, yet a part of her couldn't help but want to hear who You Feng would choose.
You Feng blinked. How had this suddenly turned into a multiple-choice question?
The eyes of the crowd were fixed on them. Nearly every man in the vicinity was shooting You Feng a murderous glare. Having two beautiful girls offering themselves as choices at the same timewasn't that just asking to be hated?
"Hey, Alexis, why aren't you saying anything?" Chazz Princeton's heart was shattered as he watched the scene. Hurry up and clear this up!
"This looks like it's going to be fun!" Jaden Yuki exclaimed, looking excited.
You Feng really wanted to pull the "only children make choices, I want them both" line. However, he knew saying that would lead to an immediate "GG."
"How about this? I won't force you," Dark Magician Girl said, her bright eyes twinkling. "Why don't we have a Tag Duel? We can see who is better suited to be whose partner, okay?"
"That works..." You Feng breathed a sigh of relief. At least he didn't have to make a definitive choice right this second.
"A Tag Duel?" Alexis felt a whirlwind of complex emotions. Ultimately, a certain drive pushed her toward the duel; she truly wanted to know what You Feng was thinking.
"Then we need one more person..." You Feng glanced at the surrounding crowd. "Jaden Yuki, you're up."
You Feng chose Jaden primarily because the guy was so dense he didn't have to worry about Jaden trying to flirt with his two "wives." Indeed, in You Feng's mind, they were already his.
"Me? Awesome! I was just thinking how fun this looked. Being in it will be even better!" Jaden laughed heartily as he ran over.
"Big Brother actually thinks this is just a game?" Syrus Truesdale gave an awkward smile.
"Alexis, don't say I didn't give you a chance. I'll let you be on You Feng's team," Dark Magician Girl said with a giggle.
"Fine by me..." Alexis replied, still maintaining her reserved demeanor, unwilling to let even a hint of her feelings for You Feng show.
"Your mouth says one thing, but your heart says another... hee-hee." Dark Magician Girl seemed to have seen through everything already, her smile never wavering.
"Duel start! Dulu!!" All four of them drew their cards simultaneously.
"I'll take the first move. My turn, draw!" Alexis drew a card and, with decisive movements, flipped one over. "I summon a monster from my hand, Cyber Tutu!"
Following her cry, a girl with pink hair appeared on the field.

"I Set one card and end my turn!" Alexis gave a faint smile. As long as the opponent attacked, everything would proceed exactly as she planned.
"My turn, draw!" Dark Magician Girl drew a card and blinked cutely. "I summon a monster card from my hand, Berry Magician Girl!"
A Magician Girl that looked like an infant appeared, featuring transparent wings on her back and a pacifier in her mouth. She looked incredibly precious.

"When this card is successfully summoned, I can add one 'Magician Girl' from my Deck to my hand. I choose Kiwi Magician Girl!" Dark Magician Girl snapped her fingers and pulled a card from her Deck. "Then I Set one card and end my turn."
Alexis frowned slightly at this. It seemed the script wasn't playing out quite the way she had imagined.
"My turn, draw." You Feng looked at his hand. The current situation felt a bit familiar.
If he used Alexis's Cyber Tutu right now, would she be so upset that she'd Sulk?
You Feng blinked. Unfortunately, Horakhty had no interest in participating in this particular battle and chose not to possess him. She had stated that she wanted You Feng to make his own genuine choice.
Thinking about Jaden's usual antics, You Feng decided it was best not to touch Alexis's monster. Her face-down card was likely Prima Light.
"I summon a monster in face-down Defense Position, then Set one card and end my turn," You Feng said calmly.
"You Feng... why didn't you use my monster?" Alexis asked, her brow furrowed.
"What?" You Feng blinked. Shouldn't her Set card be Prima Light? If he used Cyber Tutu, it would break the combo. Or was it something else?
"It seems you have no desire to cooperate with me. You aren't displaying the style you usually have in a duel." Alexis felt that You Feng was holding back now that they were on the same team. Was she really that much of a hindrance?
"Actually, I was worried..." You Feng began, frowning.
"It seems the two of you have no synergy at all, do you?" Dark Magician Girl noted, smiling playfully.
