When the third day finally arrived, You Feng finished reorganizing his deck once more. He had further strengthened his HERO Deck, which could now be considered version 3.0.
You Feng had already mapped out his subsequent plans: find the Dark Magician Girl, take her out of this Instance Dungeon, and then return to the real world.
After all, the system had already announced that the next Instance Dungeon would be 5D's. This might be his last chance to stay in the GX Era before his original world descended.
He was still wondering whether or not he should finally make his move on Alexis Rhodes. She was clearly a bit reserved; although she had feelings for him, she didn't seem to recognize her own heart. Since she was stuck in such a state of extreme contradiction, You Feng felt he needed to give her a little push.
You couldn't just spoil a woman, even if she was the one you loved. If you didn't push a little, how would you ever know where you stood with her?
With that thought in mind, You Feng opened the gift box he had prepared long ago. Inside lay the iconic attire of the Dark Magician. You Feng felt a surge of excitement deep within.
Sure enough, no matter what anyone said, if you liked playing cards, you were bound to be a bit chuunibyou.
Without another word, he changed into the outfit. Once he had donned the Dark Magician's robes and the Magician's Hat while grasping the Magician's Rod, he already looked about seventy percent like the real thing. He was only missing one thingcolored contacts!
Since the Dark Magician's eyes had a distinct look, he put on blue contacts and used temporary yellow dye on his hair. Finally, he looked more than ninety percent like the character. To a casual observer, it would seem as if the real Dark Magician had descended.
At the cosplay venue, the atmosphere had become livelier than ever before. Today was arguably Duel Academy's most bustling and relaxing day, as many people used it as an opportunity to get closer to the girls they liked.
Some could even satisfy their various eccentricitiesone look at the more lecherous boys made that clear.
"Look at Chazz! He's actually the XYZ-Dragon Cannon!"
"He looks so cool, but that Y-Dragon Head is in such a... well, you can't even look at it directly!"

"It's Chazz Princeton 'Thunder', you idiots! Your focus is all wrong!" Chazz roared, his face flushed with embarrassment.

"Awesome!! I feel like I'm falling in love for the second time."

Alexis's appearance instantly drew a crowd of people who began screaming frantically.
When You Feng arrived on the field, he was also dumbfounded. Alexis looked over, her heart unable to stop its fluttering. You Feng looked too much like the Dark Magician. Hearing the people around her say they were a match made in heaven caused her affection for him to surge.
Perhaps she really did like You Feng.
"What do you people know! Match made in heaven, my ass!!" Chazz roared in fury.
"Haha... this is so much fun." Jaden Yuki chuckled, scratching his cheek.
"Excuse me, everyone, please let me through!"
A light, ethereal voice suddenly rang out like celestial music, instantly drawing everyone's attention.
It was the real Dark Magician Girl!
Standing next to Alexis, they were almost identical, though the newcomer was a bit more well-endowed and had a more aloof, cold demeanor.
"Wow! How can someone else cosplay Dark Magician Girl so accurately? I thought my sister was the best," Atticus Rhodes said, holding his camera with excitement.
"Who is she? So cute! This person's style feels even more authentic."
Alexis was also stunned. She had only decided to play the Dark Magician Girl because she knew You Feng was going to be the Dark Magician. She never expected someone else to do the same. But there was only one costume, wasn't there?
"You Feng, I've been waiting for you for a long time," the Dark Magician Girl said with a beaming smile, her hands tucked behind her back as she giggled.
"Waiting for me?" You Feng blinked.
"Mhm! Isn't the Dark Magician my master? Master has two disciples today, so you have to choose one of them to accompany you. Which one will you choose?" The Dark Magician Girl winked, releasing a seductive current that left the crowd mesmerized.
