In reality, that distance had taken Kaito only three minutes and two seconds to cover. Adding the distance they had already traveled while talking, only two minutes had passed since her question.
Before answering, Kaito took a spaceship several meters long out of his backpack. It resembled a large, sleek, futuristic container colored green and black. He placed it in the sky and sat on top of it as if it were a rooftop, looking out at the horizon.
"This is the ship that frog girl gave you before, right? What are you planning to do with it?" Heekapoo asked as she sat beside him.
"Isn't it obvious?" Kaito replied. "To eliminate the threat to Earth, I'll simply take the AllSpark to another corner of the universe before destroying it."
"What's the point? If you destroy it here, there won't be any reason for them to return to Earth anyway. And what does that have to do with bringing Megatron here?" Heekapoo asked, unable to understand why Kaito was making something so simple so complicated when he could just destroy both of them and be done with it.
"The problem is that we're dealing with technology. I have no way of completely destroying technology." Kaito replied with an ironic smile. "I guarantee that even if I destroy Megatron and reduce him to nothing, he'll somehow come back, either by transferring his consciousness into another body or resurrecting from a fragment of information, that kind of annoying thing.
