"Yes but it's common sense to clean the place where you leave even animals clean their places where they live" Kaneki said this as he already expected her response and replied to her
And if she denies doing it means she admits that she is worse than an animal, which he dont think she will agree to considering her personality
At least this will give him some peace time to make food, especially with sensitive senses like his, it's really difficult for him to ignore her graze

And what's more is that in terms of personality he likes Rose more than Iris mainly because unlike Iris, Rose possesses a cold straightforward personality easy to reason with

She quickly started to do the cleaning as instructed while she looked around the house like a curious cat
She turned on the vacuum cleaner as unlike Iris, she is from here and wasn't old enough not to know how to use technology
While Rose began to clean, Kaneki was also doing his own work and even though he was still doing it, he was making sure to look after Rose in case she did something stupid
'I wonder how she got attached to that woman', Kaneki said in his mind as even though he is very worried about her compared to Iris, there is still no telling when Iris will switch back
And moreover Kaneki also dont know much about Rose due to the fact that Kaneki didnt interact enough for him to know what kind of person Rose is
'Well at least she is not doing anything out of the ordinary for now' Kaneki said in his mind as even though there is no view to see Rose from where he is standing still due to his heightened senses, he knows what she is doing as he was glad she isn't doing anything suspicious yet
