"Rei Shindai is a Grade S {Ghoul}. It's unlikely she would have had an accident," Touka still found it hard to believe that Rei Shindai would have met with an accident.
"Now's not the time to discuss these. We need to find a way to get him to eat something!" Ryuji didn't want to get into details about how it happened or the specifics. But he knew for sure that this wasn't an accident—it was a premeditated event.
When Kenki Ken heard Ryuji wanting to feed him something, he immediately resisted because he knew what Ryuji was about to give him.
"No~! Please, just kill me! I don't want to eat people! I'm human! There's no way I can eat that kind of stuff!" Kenki Ken roared in pain.
"Unfortunately, you used to be human, but not anymore! And I'm not going to kill you! Because I'm just like you—once human too! I understand how you feel!" Ryuji said, not intending to kill Kenki Ken but trying to persuade him to accept his {Ghoul} identity with the same reasoning.
Hearing this, not only Kenki Ken but also Touka Kirishima and Yoshimura Kousan were all stunned. But after thinking carefully, Yoshimura Kousan believed that Ryuji was deliberately using this excuse to comfort Kenki Ken.
