After taking the tour, Gloria finally sat down with everyone for a hearty meal which she greatly enjoyed without acting shy. She truly surprised the lot, after all, in a new place, people tend to be shy and a bit withdrawn and yet the situations seemed to be changed.
They were the ones cautious, while Gloria enjoyed herself to the fullest. However, by the end of the meal, the adults, mainly the grandparents and the parents were all relieved to see her like that.
This was her home and there was no need to act as if she is a guest.
After the meal, a family meeting without the five children was hold. And it was during this meeting that the truth of what happened truly came out.
It was also the first time that Paul, Freya and their spouses learnt of the true story. It made them very thoughtful.
