"That is nice. I don't like the drama," Gloria responded with a smile, relieved that it was the case.
Grace was also relieved. She was nervous and afraid that a silly thing can make her daughter nitpick. She was trying her best to increase her daughter's favorability points, after all.
As the car approached the mansion, Gloria's eyes brightened upon seeing something quite amusing, her interest was piqued.
"Mother, who is that young man kneeling over there?" she couldn't help but ask, after spotting John.
When Grace heard that, she looked towards the front and upon spotting and recognizing the young man always chasing after Noria, she let out a mocking smirk and responded coldly, "Umph, a nobody. You don't have to concern yourself with him," without fully elaborating.
Gloria was curious but since Grace didn't want to say any more, she could only rein her curiosity. One way or the other, the truth will come out.
Besides, her interest also shifted to something different entirely.
