Chizuru had by now spent years harvesting people into his simulation universe from the world tree in secret. He could run a couple hundred simulations at once now with the millions of "processing units" he now had.

'It has been 6 years since I've arrived here'
Chizuru sat still in a laboratory surrounded by displays of simulations of the entire planet. Each one was attended by a small group of animals that he had created. These anomalies are conceptual entities that he had created imbuing them with certain concepts to guide them into managing and experimenting with the simulations under him. Of course this appearance was just a 'scenario' overlayed on the true conceptual reality of his powers.
'How bizarre, I feel no boredom at all despite not taking any action for years. Has my perspective been warped by the template? Yes it has. I can even create a simulation of my own psyche at lower synchronization rates. The outer gods were machine like in the fact that they never experienced boredom or reduced willpower. They were truly inhuman entities that wholly embodied their authorities indiscriminately upon reality, completely disregarding the laws of physics. But how will that change here? I can't really simulate that so I guess I'll just have to wait.'
Chizuru walked over to a glitched simulation. It had completely failed and ceased to function, the only option was to discard it.
'I have already simulated confrontations and manipulations of Kaguya, Hamura, and Hagaromo 28,000 times. And I have manipulated unseen variables in the world to make sure that the world tree lasts as long as possible. That is easy.'
The laboratory around him began to spasm bizarrely, the lab coated beings he had created twisted into bizarrely shaped spheres of data as everything was reduced into lines and programs. The simulation universe unveiled itself as Chizuru was immersed in deep thought over the black hole within his simulations.
'Mikitaka what kind of things have you made? Every time I reach for the past to understand you everything fails. I can understand blocks against my cognition but how is it even possible to break my simulation from within?'
The world had changed ever since the fall of Kagaku. Kaguya had found and eaten the fruit and in despair of her dead husband whos body was lost.
The world has been under the infinite tsukuyomi for over years and Kaguya has done a hard reset on society as the rabbit goddess. She had erased the memory of the cataclysm and Kagaku along with it as the despair those memories caused created mass suicide events.
Even the sage war was erased from history as Toshiko had erased those memories too from the minds of the sages and summoning lands.
Either way the Naruto Canon was back in full swing.

Chizuru was observing Kaguya and his many simulations when.
'An intruder?'
Someone had entered the simulation universe.
The rooms changed into simple meeting room and all that was left with Chizuru was the intruder.
"My name is Toshiko." He shifted into a seat leaning onto its back.
"..."
Chizuru's eyes bore into the figure of Toshiko in pure judgement. He stayed silent in deep thought.
Toshiko tipped his cowboy hat towards him in a light greeting.
"How did you get here?"
"The same way your system is."
Chizuru processed that for one second before responding.
"How many others are there?"
Toshiko gave a thoughtful look he tipped up the brown hat while adjusting it.
"Depends, but effectively you, me, and one other. I was the first, an Otsutsuki. The next is Mikitaka, he's great with science. You might have seen some of his leftovers."
The conversation was being simulated hundreds of times a second. Yet none of them properly predicted Toshiko. It was like every action he did was a one in a million miracle. Every moment refused prediction.
"Anyways I'm here to brief you on a few very important things."
The simulations were unable to even retrieve coherent information on Toshiko. But his repeatedly failed attempts were challenging him and in turn increasing his template.

progress on the template was suffocatingly slow but Chizuru wasn't discouraged as even small progress led to massive gains because one percent of a god is a lot of power.
"What are you good at? Otsutsuki is not a lot of detail compared to being good at science."
Toshiko took off his hat and placed it on the table with a light smile.
"I took over my system. Anything a system can do I can do too."
"What!"
"Not anything too special like whatever you have here though. Things like awareness of other systems and causality, minor reality bending, mind reading counters, inventory spaces, and universal energy extraction."
He tapped the hat for each power he listed.
"That's not much better."
"What I'm saying is that I can only freely use generic system abilities. More specialized features like whatever you are now is not something I can unleash with ease."
"I've been here for years, have you been watching me the whole time?"
Toshiko frowned for a moment.
"Let me get to the point. In a few thousand years we will meet again when you have managed to mature and get everything your system can give. All you need to do is become as strong as you possibly can."
"I was already planning for that. What will you do in that next meeting."
"Nothing much, but a lot more will be said. It's mainly a meeting about defeating the Otsutsuki God too. You will also meet Mikitaka too."
Toshiko slid the hat across the table to Chizuru stood up and disappeared in a pulse of space.

Chizuru picked up the leather hat in his hands. It's origin an uncertainty in this space that was neither real nor fake.
"Do you see this hat, system?"
