Suri looked at the others, who were still sleeping, embarrassed on their behalf.
"As for these four… I don't know them. I refuse any association whatsoever."
He flicked his sleeve, pulling out several weapons from his storage ring—carefully selected for each of them according to what suited them—and handed them to Isaac, then immediately turned to leave.
"This is a parting gift. Don't look for me."
Isaac watched the old man's back and, understanding the meaning of his words, quickly bowed one last time toward him.
"Thank you for everything, Master! We promise to one day help you leave here!"
In the end, no matter how much suffering they had endured over the years, Suri had helped them reach a level they could only have imagined before. It was the old man who had helped them raise their potential.
A faint smile curled on Suri's lips as he muttered to himself and walked away.
"Good kids."
