Dazed, Isaac stood up. He watched as Skyler took his seat without hesitation, waving him away to get more chairs.
Isaac finally sobered up, having long forgotten Zack's words about another beautiful lady—a mermaid—being with Skyler before he vanished. He asked:
"Why two?"
His question was answered immediately when a woman clad in an oversized shirt and dark trousers stepped out of thin air, rubbing her eyes as if she had just woken up. Her crimson eyes turned cautious as she spotted so many people. However, as the mermaid saw Skyler, she went toward him to join him, quietly greeting the others.
Zack, sitting next to Skyler's seat, had his shoulder patted and just knew the bastard wanted him to give up his seat. Speechless, he stood up and watched as Skyler patted his seat for the woman with purple hair to sit. Deadpan, everyone watched him enjoy the feast. Skyler even had the audacity to pick up an empty cup and lift it toward Suri.
