Deep in the human realm, Nicole arrived at Jade's Temple. The building was in ruins, and the decaying structure began to crumble before her. Nicole walked away from the temple and headed down the mountain. As she walked, she felt someone's gaze watching her every move. She reached the bottom of the mountain, where the ruins of the heavenly realm lay. Nicole stood in the centre of the ruins and began lifting all the debris with her gravity magic, but as she started floating, she soon fell to the ground, and the debris shattered. Nicole stood up and said, "The debris is so heavy even with my gravity magic I can't hold all of it for long." She took a seat in the middle of the debris, then heard a loud ticking sound coming from her pocket. She swiftly pulled out the watch and saw the clock handle moving backwards in quick succession. Nicole looked at the watch, confused, until suddenly the wind started blowing like crazy and someone spoke. They said, "So you're the one who has my watch." Nicole instantly stood up and turned around. She saw a woman with blonde hair and golden eyes. She also had a long draconic-like tail. Nicole felt the atmosphere shift when this person appeared. She said, "Who are you?" Nicole summoned her twinblade and was ready to fight, but she soon realised her vision was fading. Everything went dark. She started hearing someone approaching. Nicole shouted, "STAY BACK!!" She started sweating and shaking in fear. The blonde-haired woman stood in front of Nicole and said, "It's okay, you can relax. I didn't come here to hurt you. My name is Sylvia. That pocket watch you're holding belongs to me. Can you please return it?" Nicole felt on edge. She couldn't tell what Sylvia's plan was. She slowly handed over the pocket watch and said, "Here, take it." Sylvia took the pocket watch and put it into her coat. Nicole looked around, her sight still not returning. She started to panic; her heart began beating rapidly. Sylvia swiftly grabbed Nicole's wrist and said, "It's okay, Nicole. Breathe. Take a deep breath." Nicole started to calm herself before saying, "How do you know my name?" Sylvia giggled and said, "I know a lot about you. I know that you're the light fragment. I also know that you're an artificial angel that pulled her eyes out. I mean you no harm, but I do want you to come work for me." Nicole was shocked that Sylvia knew so much about her, but she soon realised that Sylvia had no bad intentions. Nicole gently grabbed her arm and said, "I will work with you, but let's go somewhere else to discuss things." Sylvia smiled and pulled Nicole in closer as a golden light engulfed them both. They arrived at an abandoned church. Sylvia pulled up an old chair and helped Nicole sit down. Sylvia walked over to a desk and pulled out a syringe covered in a golden-like liquid. She sat down opposite Nicole and said, "This might sting a little." She injected the golden liquid into Nicole's bloodstream, and shortly after, her sight started coming back. Nicole smiled and said, "Thank you. What was that thing you injected into me?" She looked at Sylvia with an eager look on her face. Sylvia said, "It was my blood. I used my magic to kill your eyes. My blood is able to reverse my magic effects." Nicole crossed her arms and said to herself, "Kill my eyes? What on earth is she?" Sylvia stood up and said, "You must have a lot of questions for me. Go on, ask them. I won't lie." Nicole looked at Sylvia with a very serious look and said, "What on earth are you, and where did you come from?" Sylvia smiled and giggled slightly. She then picked up a knife and said, "I am Sylvia Oblivion. I am one of the four ancient evils of this world, along with the abyss and the river of the Damned. I was born in the Oblivion realm. My magic is called killing magic. I am able to kill anything in this world. It can be someone's sight, their organs, or even their time. I am known as a baron, a subspecies of dragon. I'm the only baron in this universe, so you won't encounter someone like me." Nicole now understood what Sylvia meant, but she still didn't understand one thing. "So what did you mean by that? You want me to work for you?" Sylvia smiled and said, "It's simple, really. It's your biology: an artificial angel with a unique transformation and a mythic eye. You're quite intriguing." Nicole now understood everything. She stood up and said, "So what now, then? Are you just studying me or something?" Sylvia smiled and pulled her pocket watch out of her pocket. She pressed the bottom of the watch as it fully opened up. A golden light flashed into Sylvia's eye. Nicole used her hand to block the blinding light until it swiftly faded. Sylvia's left eye had a clock-like pattern, and she had a pair of golden horns. Sylvia pulled Nicole closer to her as golden veins appeared on her hands, and she was holding a knife in her left hand. Sylvia said, "It's time. We are going to destroy the abyss. After that, we will go pay the all-knowing one a visit." Nicole nodded in response as they both started getting ready to head to the Underworld.
