"A slave contract…" Sophia recognized it as well and her droopy eyes widened for a second before they became ice cold.
"How dare you" The royal woman quickly looked over at Leon with anger in her red eyes.
"I am a queen"
"I would never become the slave of a lowly commoner like you" Sophia sneered while giving Leon a look as if he was some type of filthy insect.
"…." Leon's eye twitched but the smile never left his face as he glanced over at Ella and nodded his head at her.
"Mn!" I groaned feeling her grip my hair and suddenly yank my head up before the blade got even closer to my neck.
"Xavier!" Sophia yelled with worry in her tone and tried to step forward only for Scarlett to reach out an arm to block her path.
"How dare~" Sophia grit her teeth and glared at both Scarlett and Leon yet once again her words were cut off.
"Didn't I say stop with the pointless threats" Leon rolled his eyes with irritation and stepped toward the mature woman.
"…." Sophia went silent once again while glancing at me with worry in her eyes.
"You have two options" The dark skinned man raised two fingers with a casual expression on his face.
"Either you pick that up and sign it" He pointed at the slave contract that was on the floor with his other hand.
"…." Sophia looked down at the rolled up paper but she was obviously way too proud of a woman to do such a thing.
"Or the white knight kills the hero" Leon said the second option with Ella still holding her blade at my throat.
"….." Yet the other option made Sophia's eyes shake as she looked at me and I saw the panic showing in her irises.
'It's a bluff!' I wanted to scream at her but the gag stuffed in my mouth made it impossible for me to say anything.
"I can give you money~" Sophia tried to suggest something else only to have Leon cut her off once again.
"There's only one thing I want from you" He said while pointing down at the slave contract with a smile on his lips.
"You have ten seconds to make your choice" Leon said making Sophia's expression contort into one of anger.
"Ten" Leon didn't plan to give her any more time to think as he started to count.
"I am a que~" Sophia glared at him with the dignity of a royal but Leon didn't care as he cut off her words again.
"Nine"
"Do you think you can get away~" She continued to try to speak as if trying to find a way out of the situation.

"Seven" Sophia bit down roughly on her bottom lip realizing that nothing she said would change the countdown.
She was left with an impossible choice and I couldn't protect her like I had promised myself. With a blade against my neck and an order not to break free of the ropes I could only watch. Sophia's expression changed more and more as Leon counted down, Her eyes moved and met mine showing me the deep emotions in them. My heart sank realizing that I had seen such emotion before. In the eyes of Ella, Alexia, Nessa, Evelyn and Aria the first time they had slept with Leon.
"Two" Leon's voice kept ringing out as the count grew lower and lower leaving Sophia with barely any time.
"…." The mature woman who I loved closed her eyes before opening them once again and staring at me deeply.
"Don't worry Xavier" Sophia gave me a dignified expression as if trying to tell me that she wasn't scared.
"I'll protect you" She said with seriousness before reaching down and grabbing the slave contract off of the floor.
"Zero" Leon finished the countdown with a large smile on his face as he watched Sophia picking up the contract.
'Don't do it!' I could only shout in my head as Sophia rolled open the paper and placed her hand against the sheet.
