At the lab...
Dr.isaac was rewatching the fight on his monitor analyzing the roses every move when cessiar and Cecilia came to visit him.
Cecilia enter the room were the dr. Was and sat on a table crossing her legs, "well, well looks like your incredible and yet calculated plan has failed…to think that with all of this technology you mentioned earlier you could have had an advantage on them but like always you humans claim to have power over anything and yet you failed…"
"Come now sis don't be so harsh on him, I'm sure the doctor has a reason for his failure…or am i wrong?" Said cessiar arms crossed.
Dr.isaac slowly stud up and walk to the glass door looking at the bahamut red crystal, "you claim that my failure was because of my technology, that i have all of this advanced gadgets and machinery and that this wasn't enough…but tell me something miss Cecilia…how many times have you encountered them and at the same time you failed…according to your brothers testimony it took only 5 to make the both of you retreat or am i mistaken miss Cecilia?", Cecilia got annoyed, "with my technology i was able to bring those brats fown to there knees…of course there wer draw bags, we didn't expect Genesis to show up and whipped the shadow demons like that but in a way i manage to analyze everything i need it to know about them, the shadow demons were equipped with cameras that showed me every detail on them, the way they fight, the way the move, this details can and will help me prepare for the next attack ...So why don't you let me do my work and I'll give you the information I gathered".
Cecilia crossed her arms and scoff, "fine I'll
Play along…what did you find out".
"The roses are indeed very powerful and the fight with precision and determination and that could be quite dangerous especially if we want to achieve our goals on taking over this world, and like i said we meed to study them carefully and find their weaknesses not in battle but outside their comfort zone…remember they are very powerful warriors but at the same time they're teenagers that are still trying to understand this world, if we can't break them through battle…we can do it by other methods".
"So what are you suggesting Dr.".
Dr.isaac walk to his computer and began typing, i've been watching this fight for a while and my computer is analyzing their movements and powers…i also saw something very odd when i watch the video".
"And what's that may i ask".
Dr.isaac pointed at the monitor, "that boy protecting ine of them".
"You mean Hiro".
"Yes… that particular boy it's the perfect way to get closer to them…that boy will be the key on bringing them closer to us, we just need to find a way to somehow gain his confidence and then when they least expected…checkmate".
"We already have someone working on that ask we speak so you don't have to worry about that…"
"Thats perfect…everything is going according to plan…while i find out new strategies to deal with them in battle your little spy can give us information from the other side…we won't miss this time…and soon my greatest creation will emerge from beyond death and help me rule over this place".
Cecilia look at the egg , "you're way to attached to this thing…how do you plan to take over the world with this thing…"
"Oh don't you worry about that miss cecilia…i trust my technology will take care of that, but for now i just need a sample of a demons DNA in order to make it work".
Cecilia rolled her eyes and walk to cessiar, "come let's get out of here, i need to talk to kazuo about out next move.."
"You don't seem convinced on what the Dr. said earlier.. is there something wrong sis?".
"I don't really care if he's plans work or not…all humans are the same to me, waek, pathetic and by my concern there death…but you know as well as i do that once that thing…that creature emerges things will get complicated for all of us…no human not even the highest Demons has ever controlled the bahamut's power".
"I see you're point…but look at the bright side if the bahamut wakes up we could let it destroy this world and make our work much easier".
…or worse, let's go"
Both cecilia and cessiar entered the portal and left.
after they left the dr. flipped the table out of anger, "DAMN IT ALL!!!... those girls embarrassed me in front of them and the whole town and her…Genesis…always interfering with my plans ..but don't you worry when the time comes my beautiful creature will make them all pay and the whole world will know that i DR. Alaric issac graves is the greatest and most powerful scientist in the universe, but now i must keep with my work…but at last i must continue with my research and amke preparations for our next encounter…i bet that they are training at this very moment".
At the garden
Niko was laying on the couch with her feet on the table flipping through channels.
Niko had a bored look on her face, "there's nothing to watch on television today", she continue looking for something to watch yawning, "boring…", her stomach began to growl, "oh great now I'm bored and hungry…and the kitchen is soooo far and I don't want to get up i'm too lazy to go".
Kana walk pass her, "tired of what, you've haven't moved you ass this whole day, all you've done is move on side to another you lazy bum"..
"Well that's because it's hard to find the right spot".
Kana rolled her eyes.
At that moment another Comercial played on the tv
"are you hungry and don't have anywere to go? is the food that you eat don't satisfy you? Are you sitting on a couch and the kitchen is to far for you to eat and your to tired to make dinner? Then come to the sandwich king and try out our 8 foot all meet long sandwich!!! It's our biggest sandwich and for a limited time offer if you and your friend can finish it in under 30 minutes its free!!!! So come to our store before we close..we challenge you...
Niko had her eyes glued to the tv while drulling, her tail was wagging.
Kaori was listening to music and entered the living room, she looked at kana and ask"what's up with niko she looks like she's hypnotized".
"She just saw something about a sandwich on tv and now she's like that".
Niko jumped out and grabbed kana's arms and said, "i…need…to…go…there now!!!!".
"Woah woah woah, you can't just go to town liek that you'll get lost, and besides you can't eat that thing all by yourself".
"Clearly you don't know niko's stomach.." kaori whispered to herself.
"I know that's why you and kaori are coming along" niko replied holding a big smile.
"Me and who?".
"You and kaori".
"Sorry niko but i just eat" kaori said
"And i was in the middle of meditating". Kana said.
"You were not meditating kana you were napping!!".
Kana's face got red of embarrassment, "i so was meditating..i was just in a deep trance that's all..", she look away.
"Yeah you were so concentrated that your whole meditation could be heard all over kyoto!!".
Kaori got in between them, "ok ok will go niko just…go get Hiro".
"Yay!!!"
"He's outside trying with yui".
"On it" ,she ran outside searching for Hiro and yui while humming her favorite song.
"Ok Hiro let's continue you're training, now close your eyes and try to clear your mind, let the wind and the sound be your guide to inner peace".
Hiro closed his eyes and began to meditate, so did yui.
Niko stopped in mid way and saw Hiro and yui under a cherry blossom tree with their eyes closed, she slowly sneaked behind them trying not to brake their concentration but she was to exited to keep quiet and scream out loud.
"HIRO HIRO HIRO!!!!,both Hiro and yui jumped out screaming, Hiro landed on the lake while yui was on a tree branch.
"NIKO ARE YOU CRAZY!!!! WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAINING WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU!!!". Yui shouted while holding on a tree branch.
"It's an emergency i need Hiro".
Hiro got out of the lake, "what's wrong niko did something happened to you or the others!?".
"No it's much worse".
Yui jumped down from the tree, "is cessiar or cecilia causing trouble again!?".
Niko shaked her head.
"Then what is it niko tell us, we're ready for it", said Hiro grasping his fist.
nikko open her mouth to tell them,hiro and yui got close to her and waited for the news.
"There's a sale on a big sandwich in town and i want to go before it's gone so can we go pretty please!!!", she gave a big smile.
Both hiro and yui had look at niko with a funny yet serious expression, niko just smiled at them.
Hiro got out of the water and pinched niko's cheeks looking at her angry in a funny way, "are you telling me that you interrupted our training for a stupid sandwich!?".
"Ow ow ow it's not stupid, it's the biggest sandwich in town".
He let her go," are you talking about the sandwich king mega sub?".
Niko's eyes light up, "yessss that's the one".
"Niko that sandwich is 8 foot long and has all sorts of meat on it…it's impossible to eat".
"I know i just saw teh comercial, it has cheese,bacon and chili and...her tail started to wag as her teeth began to sharpen also her eyes began to glow orange.
"Um yui…. What's going on whit niko?".
Yui walk next to her, "oh that, don't worry it's just her wolf instinct".
"Wolf instinct?".
"Yes, it's our spirit animals…when we were born the crystal bonded our spirits with the elements of the earth…fire,water,earth,wind,thunder,energy,shadow,healing and power…that and it also fused the spirit of the wolf on us…that's why we all have this ears and tails".
"That's amazing yui i didn't knew that all of you were actually born that way".
"Yeah but some of us still trying to hold on our spirit animals and that can cause…well to loose control sometimes".
"But is it dangerous i mean should i be worried? I mean niko looks lien she's about to do something?".
"Oh goodness no you don't have to worry about anything".
"Then who can we get her back to herself".
"Like this", she grab her staff and smacked niko on her head causing her to snap back to herself.
Niko rub her head and glared at yui, "OWWWWWW YUI WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT!!?".
"You were doing that thing again niko…".
"Oh…sorry hehehe".
Hiro closed his eyes and smiled.
"So….can we go please?".
"Fine niko I'll take you there".
Niko jumped up and down out of joy and hug hiro, "thank you thank you Hiro".
At that moment momo and Cassie came to them.
"Awwww look at niko she looks so sweet hugging Hiro". Said Cassie laughing
"Yeah I've never seen niko being so affectionate to anyone before", momo said giggling.
Niko's face got red and pushed hiro away, "ehem…i was just showing Hiro my strength thats all…"
"Yeah right…" yui whispered.
"So what you guys up to". Cassie ask curious.
"Well me and Hiro were in the middle of training when niko came screaming that she wanted to go to town to eat this amazing sandwich she claimed".
"You're talking about the challenge of the 8 foot long sandwich from the sandwich king".
"Yeah that's the one so can we go now pleaseeeeeee I'm hungry".
Cassie look at momo, "what do you think momo, wanna go?".
"But we were supposed to pick up flowers…". Said momo sad.
Cassie smiled at momo and said, "tell you what…once we take momo to eat this sandwich i'll take you to this beautiful flower shop, there we can buy some new flowers and we can plant them on the garden how's that sound".
"Really cassie!?…ok i'll go".
Hiro: got up, "how about it yui wanna come to? We could use the break and eat".
"Sure i don't mind…and besides someone must take care of niko when she gets sick for eating a sandwich that's 8 foot long hehehe".
"Then it's settled, we leave in one hour!!". Shouted niko pointing at the horizon.
Cassie raised her eyebrow and replied to her, "um niko, the challenge ends in two hours… checked the post and theirs a big line".
"Will leave now…", Niko said still pointing at the horizon.
Hiro sighed, "i can't believe she gets all worked up over a sandwich…"
Niko jumped into Hiro's shoulders, "well get used to it…now let's get that sandwich!!!".
"Hey niko get down i'm not a horse!".
"No…now let's get going!!!….mush!!!."
Cassie covered her mouth laughing, "well at least we can have fun this time".
