Third person POV
The next morning, while Shu was having breakfast in his room at Gen's headquarters, a 30-year-old Filipino Japanese NBI investigator was going to Gen's headquarters with an escort group of Japanese SWAT soldiers. His name was Eraño Trinidad, who was a Baptist from Manila (Unlike many Baptists that can be fundamentalist, Eraño was a bit more ecumenical on church styles and worship but still abided in Baptist theology.). He had brown hair and blue eyes. Unlike the Japanese authorities, he felt bad for Gen's depravity into evil and wanted a peaceful negotiation with him and his organization.
Eraño had been tracking any activity within Gen and his organization called Yami Kuro Yama. He saw that Gen wasn't attacking anyone or send more zombies out. He noticed that the YKY is now attacking their own zombified creations and conducted purges against them and rescue operations for the survivors. Even he noticed that Ichiro, whom the Japanese soldiers and SWAT ones labeled as the Demon Black Ninja, had stopped attacking the government soldiers and containment units all of a sudden a few months ago.
Eraño's POV
At 10 a.m., we were now face-to-face with Gen and whoever were on his side. One young man in a grey hoodie named Shu Taro was defensive of Gen-san when we arrived with an entire team of SWAT soldiers. "Trinidad-san," Gen spoke to me directly, "I am very sorry for making the zombie virus and spreading them across Japan…I am now fixing my own mess by researching for the cure. Also, please, don't make Shu-kun do something drastic because…he was mentally and emotionally broken…"
Shu was defensive of him. "Trinidad-san, if you do something bad on Gen-san, I won't allow you…"
He was breathing heavily.
"Okay, I won't," I responded with my hands up in surrender and piece.
Third person POV
But then, an impatient sniper on a rooftop of a building was itching to shoot Gen as a revenge move. He couldn't handle it because he remembered how his daughter was abducted by the YKY to be experimented and turned into a zombie. So, absolutely angered, he pulled the trigger.
Bang!
Seeing that, Shu pushed Gen out and took the shot. "AH!"
The atmosphere changed in moments.
"I said ceasefire!" Eraño barked loudly.
The SWAT sniper's comrades pinned the sniper down for violating orders.
Gen, Ichiro, Ran, and Eraño went to Shu's aid, but Shu got up, and his wounds were healed by his On the Brink of Death serum. Eraño had no idea how that happened, but Shu spoke of his guilt against Gen when he killed his parents.
"Yes, he regretted killing me for that…" Gen confirmed.
Eraño was shocked and felt bad for both Gen and Shu.
He then declared a still ceasefire for them.
