Mazin pushed him aside and rushed inside.
"Master?" He huffed, kneeling on the bedside.
"Are you okay?" He asked, "Xiaowei said you were bleeding a lot, where did that bitch hurt you?"
Mazin started inspecting, it didn't take him long to spot the big wound on his waist.
A low gasp left his lips.
"She better not be alive!" Mazin said, turning to leave.
"Come back!" Aidan said in a firm low voice.
Mazin stopped.
"I will make sure they regret it!" He gritted his teeth and declared.
"She is dead." Jacob said, "Do you think Master would have let her go?"
"Did you check? Who sent her?" Mazin asked.
"I did. She was just some crazy fan of that celebrity Tong'er." Jacob said.
"What? You mean it wasn't any of our rivals but a mere fan?" Mazin asked, puzzled.
Jacob offered him a seat, it wasn't courtesy, he was tired from running around, and wanted to catch a breath.
