The motor's gear connects to a gear set, slowing down step by step, with the final stage turning extremely slowly.
The driver can use a lever to control the sliding of that sliding gear.
Push the lever to a certain position, the sliding gear meshes with the aforementioned slower gear, then through two stages of transmission the drum turns, the steel cable tightens, and the rotary tiller is hoisted up.
Both frames have to be extremely sturdy, so thick iron pillars are needed.
So making the two frames and the gear sets is going to take a lot of effort again.
