Kai Syaoran had become quite good friends with the princess, and so when she asked for an explanation, he did not blow her off as he should have. The two found themselves in the sitting room. The golden ginseng was placed in one of the corners where it continued trying to escape. Its power was impressive, but the power that bound it in place left the ginseng helpless.
Kai Syaoran looked at the Bell World Princess. He had played chess with her and discussed the Dao. She was not as knowledgeable about the Dao, and so the discussions were more like Dao preaching sessions in which Kai Syaoran was the master and the princess was the pupil. Still, Kai Syaoran had found the discussions interesting due to the many unique questions that the young woman asked. Unlike most people, the princess saw the Dao not as a simple progression from weak to powerful but as a convergence of routes, all of which led to the same endpoint that many thought of as becoming powerful.
