Aldana Candi looked down at the crutches for a moment, then nodded cheerfully and agreed, "Okay."
Ellen Candi put away the crutches and hung them on the wall, supporting Aldana as they walked outside.
"How does it feel?" Her voice sounded a bit nervous.
Aldana was a little nervous at first too, tightly gripping Ellen's arm, but after taking a few steps outside and realizing the pain wasn't as unbearable as she had imagined, she gradually relaxed. All the weight of her body was on her legs, something that once seemed normal before her legs were injured. But now, starting rehabilitation again, the weight and the stretch of her muscles brought an indescribable feeling, leaving her slightly exhilarated.
She walked slowly, with Ellen cautiously supporting her as they walked on the beach.
