Ellen quickly shut down his suggestion: "Get lost! If you don't go, who's going to carry stuff for me and Aldana?"
Eric sneered, "You want me to go just to carry plastic bags for you?"
"What else?"
"I'm not going!"

After they finished arguing, they realized Aldana was sitting there, lost in thought.
Seeing the two looking at her, Aldana slowly moved her eyes, came back to her senses, and said, "Traveling is too tiring, but we could go shopping downtown. Honestly, I've been living here for a few years, but I've never really had a good shopping trip."
