"Come on, just a little bit more! Push harder, believe that you can do it!"
Sienna Johnson's forehead was drenched with sweat, dripping down her cheeks, drop by drop.
"Ah! I can't do it anymore... I have no strength left." Sienna's face was covered in tears and sweat, as if she were trekking through a desert, utterly exhausted.
"You've endured the hardship of pregnancy for ten months, all those difficult months, and now, just a little bit more, are you going to give up? Or do you want me to forcefully pull the child out and risk a lifelong fracture?" Dr. Mitchell's sharp words spurred Sienna.
"Sienna, you can do it, you need to believe in yourself." Adrian Desmond also encouraged her.
Sienna nodded, adjusting her breathing, listening to Dr. Mitchell's commands, and pushed again.
"Very good, let's do it again, push!"
