The delivery room.
When Sienna Johnson was pushed in, her cervix had already dilated to eight fingers. If they hadn't sent her to the delivery room in time, she could've delivered right in the hospital corridor.
The pain came crashing down on her like a tidal wave. Sienna felt like her body was being torn to pieces, and she'd bitten her lips until they were broken and bleeding.
"Please, I'm begging you, you have to make sure my baby is born safe." Sienna said to Dr. Mitchell.
There were still three weeks to go before her due date; she didn't know if this counted as a premature birth.
Dr. Mitchell looked at Sienna, saw how tense she was, and said, "Mm, I'll definitely do my best. You relax first. At the last B‑scan, didn't I tell you your baby's position was perfect and you could deliver naturally?"
"D‑doctor… you said I can have a natural birth." Sienna forced the sentence out with difficulty.
