Some tasks were evaluated in ways that would usually have Balancer families or organisations cooperate rather than just leave them to one.
If it were deemed to be something that would not be so easy to handle by one group, then more than one group would have to work together or find a way to split the task between them upon arriving to carry it out.
While there were groups that preferred to work alone and handle such tasks themselves for various reasons, there were times when such jobs could not be refused so easily when money and other matters were concerned.
Smaller and less powerful groups would usually find themselves in more situations where they would have to cooperate with others, under such conditions that they would not be evaluated to be able to handle much larger or more difficult tasks on their own.
