Dom was surprised at first and took a few moments to look at the rewards again. They were all naval related, but then realised that as The Battle of Mycale was primarily a Naval Battle followed by a Land Battle, that the rewards could be related to the Battle theme. The rewards were less than what he would normal get at a Golden Token Battle Map such as at Sun Ce's Quest, however they were technically better than those such as the Xun Family Quest or the Halberd Twin Quest. One big advantage on this quest however, was that there was no risk to life on this one. Usually, he would also take advantage to get more resources on the Maps, and realised that this was something that not everyone had been doing. With the other rewards he had gotten, such as the Generals, Ships and Town's, these rewards were a pleasant addition.
The Warriors Hall and Dock Building Cubes alone were worthwhile and could increase his naval strength, where as the Quinquereme Schematic would allow them to build more of the large Warships. He expected that they would take longer to build than the Trireme, but having a mixture of both could make them a Kingdom to fear in the future. His main worry for growing his navy was people to man the ships, but with the new Warriors Halls, this would go some way to helping him and he would probably have to prioritise upgrading them in the future.

"Plataea?" Dom mumbled, surprised by this prize as it felt much larger than the rewards he had from Mycale. The Rewards from Mycale were helpful for his wider growth, but a City for most Players was a huge reward and even though he had more and more Towns, an additional one that was already fully built and growing wouldn't be turned down. With the arrival of Plataea and Megara, he had two large Greek Cities that could massively boost his Kingdom, as they were of similar size to Jia. The Island of Kos was of a similar size to them as well, with Oeum and Nicyros being slightly smaller.

"What about Plataea?" Kai asked Dom, as the rest of the Heroes began taking seats, with them both still stood at the entrance way.
"We got Plataea." Dom stated, as Kai's eyes opened wide with excitement. Not only had he gained a City, but he had gained the related buildings, Civilians and a small army with it's General.

"Please place it to the North of the Red Woods and South of the Calm River, it can be a connecting point between Riverside and the south." Dom replied, trying to picture the map of his growing Kingdom in his mind."
"Did the Islands come?" Kai asked Dom, a cheeky grin on his face as Dom placed Plataea.
"We got Kos and Nicyros!" Dom laughed, "Andrew also brought two Cities!"
"I was hoping Artemisia would persuade her son to bring Halicarnassus, but I think the game mechanics would have restricted them bringing a full kingdom." Kai replied, a level of pride in his voice. "But two Islands and three Cities is more than enough for growing the Lazarus Kingdom."
"What rewards did you get?" Dom asked him, as he saw that Andrew was silent but with a grin on his face as well and hadn't been paying attention to Kai and Dom's conversation.
"A Gold Mine Building Token and a substantial amount of Gold. I do not know where any of this will be, but I am quite happy with the rewards. I also got three Transport Ships which will come in handy." Kai explained, "I will put the Mine to the north and reinvest the Gold back in to the Bank to help grow the Kingdom. The ships we can use to help grow the economy some more, even though you have plenty of them."
"You got a Gold Mine?" Andrew asked with a wide mouth as he then turned to Dom. "What about you?"
"Things to improve my Navy and the City of Plataea with it's Military and Residents." Dom explained as Andrew seemed to nod in understanding.
"Plataea was a lovely City and is if we get it in a good state then it'll bring a large amount of growth. The Plataean Hoplite also fought alongside the Athenian's, so they will fit in well if they are all coming." Andrew replied happily, before he continued. "I got a Tavern Building Cube, a Hotel Building Cube and a Training Ground Building Cube. I also got a Elite Unit Cube that I have asked about, supposedly it will spawn me a unit of Adventurers."
"All key items to help set up a guild, especially a unit of Warriors. You got a way to bring in Revenue, a place to meet and a place to improve yourselves." Kai explained, "These will be great for putting in one of the Sea Locations and helping grow the Player Base in the Kingdom."
"Or the large number of Characters that seem to be adventuring themselves." Andrew agreed as they noticed Meritamen was staring at them, as if telling them to get a move on inside. "We could also set it up in Noctus, it will be interesting to attract Players, especially with the underground Tunnels that we can use to attack further inland."
"Noctus is a good idea." Kai agreed as they three of them headed inside. Dom headed towards his raised Seat, where his two Wives were sat waiting for him, both on the left side. To his right was sat Shang Yang and the majority of the Civilian Heroes who were currently in Riverside. Dom was disappointed to see that Thucydides wasn't here, but expected he would be south setting up the new Town of Elpis, whilst also working with some of the Elite Villagers on excavating the multiple Ancient Underground locations that they had found.
Crassus and Artemisia were sat there, both in conversation as Artemisia seemed to look slightly disappointed. Beside them was Hatshepsut, Lucius, Xun Yu, Cicero and Umako.
Xanthippus, Pausanias, Nicomedes and Pericles, who had just called for, were all sat on the left of Dom. Beside them was the senior Military Heroes who were currently here, which was only Xun You, Huang Zhong, Zhou Yu, Gan Ning, Sun Ce and Ling Tong. However, Subutai would hopefully be with them soon.
The returning Generals were talking with Huang Zhong and Xun You, whilst the four newcomers seemed to sit uncomfortably. Dom felt that may be because there was twenty armed Batavi Emperors Guards stationed around the room currently as arranged by Xun You. Andrew had sat amongst the Generals, whilst Kai had sat beside the Civilian Heroes.
"Before we introduce each other and discuss, I expect everyone is hungry. We have had a few busy days here at Riverside and I expect that Lord Lazarus and our returning Warriors are feeling the same." Shang Yang announced, "Lady Ban, please have the prepared food brought out."
The doors were soon filled with several members of the staff, either from the Palace or the Town Centre, who arrived with plates with a variety of the different food produces that were either growing or bred in the soon to be founded Kingdom. This was a show from Shang Yang to the new arrivals that their Kingdom was growing and a good place to be based, as he always had a lower level of trust of those that arrived in the Kingdom from Quests compared to those that came from the Heroes Hall such as himself. The Sun Family Generals were different, as they were technically in service of the Sun Family who were now Dom's family.
Dom watched as Pausanias, Nicomedes and Pericles all began trying some of the different foods, whilst Xanthippus was taking sips from a couple of different wine jugs that had also been provided. They all seemed relieved as they were introduced to Huang Zhong and Xun You. Some time past as Dom explained what had happened to those at the top of the table with him about the Battle of Mycale.
"I still can not believe you got yourself injured." Meritamen commented seriously, a warning in her tone. "I know you didn't need to fear death, but please remember that if you do truly die, our growing child will have no father."
"In all seriousness Lord, until an heir is off age, you should restrict how much you risk yourself." Shang Yang agreed. They went to continue talking, but Actumerus arrived with five people behind him and a couple of guards.
"Lord, the Captives have been brought." Actumerus announced from the door as four People were ushered through, they were all well looked after and Dom only recognised Mardontes. Beside him was two men that looked similar to each other and a well toned woman. The fifth was an armoured Hoplite who seemed to catch the attention of Pausanias, Nicomedes and Xanthippus, as well as Andrew and Ling Tong. "This Warrior also arrived at the Heroes Hall and I believed it best to bring him along."
"My name is Arimnestos, I am the Commander of the Plataean Hoplite. I believe we have entered your service." Arimnestos introduced himself, whilst some confused looks flickered across the eyes of all of the new arrivals.
"Welcome Arimnestos, please take a seat beside Xanthippus as we introduce ourselves to our new guests." Dom replied politely as he stood up, he could see Mardontes look at him with a flicker of worry, whilst the other two men also seemed to show some worry. The Woman however seemed uncaring and Dom looked towards Andrew who shrugged his shoulders in understanding. "You were prisoners, but now you are guests. Mardontes I know, and as promised you are welcome to join us as an Admiral within our Navy."
"It would be an honour." Mardontes replied honestly. Dom had made him an offer before they had left in the morning for the Battle of Mycale. Mardontes had stayed with the fleet, but Dom and Crassus had offered him a choice. He could come with them to Riverside and join them as an Admiral or he could leave after the Battle and return home. Dom could see that he had made his choice.
"I will introduce the others." Ling Tong said as he stood up, realising that if he didn't, then his own promises may not be valid, Andrew stood with him. Andrew wasn't sure why he stood, but for some reason he felt that it was the thing he should do. "Megabyzus was a big assistant to us on our way to Plataea, whilst his Cousin Masistius is one of the main Persian Generals who offered his services in return for the lives of his family and his surviving men."
"The lady is Penthesilea and we wasn't sure if she would return with us or not." Andrew added, also slightly surprised by her arrival, as her arrival could have long term consequences for the game mechanics.
"Welcome Megabyzus and Masistius." Dom replied as he could see a look flash among the Generals that had joined from Plataea in surprise at the mention of Masistius's name. Dom hadn't been there himself, but was aware of who Masistius was as Thucydides had mentioned he was a key reason as to why the battle progressed, and was the most successful of the Persian Generals before the battle. "Lady Penthesilia, you are also welcome, please all take a seat. Andrew, why wasn't you sure?"
"We fought against the enemy Player Forces. Penthesilea was a General from a Player Force who we captured and persuaded to join us. She has had a difficult time and Ling Tong thought that we may be able to help her." Andrew explained as the five newcomers took their seats. Dom looked at the nine new Generals and knew that Subutai would be very happy when he arrived.
