Chapter 100: Strongest Hokage
Although Shinosuke is an elite jonin but against Raikage, who had been known by others as someone who wield the strongest spear, did nothing to stop or even slow him down.
Raikage was too fast that even them as a Jonin failed to track him down. They can only watch their friends and themselves being defeated by Raikage himself.
Luckily, he manage to activate communication scroll and sent the information to Konoha command center.
While the situation at the border are so tragic, the signal that was sent to Konoha Command Center making those who watched their last moment of recording become very angry.
Hokage and several important people are being called to watch the record together.
"Makita, activate the scroll," said Raiken.

Although his action caused Shinosuke to be killed but his cousin didn't have right to humiliate him like this. Furthermore, it was Shinosuke who asked him to join the war. He wanted to gain fame but wanted the position where it mostly stable.
That is why he had position as a commander and this position should make him safe. But this stupid Shinosuke forgot to just stay in tent and give order to his subordinate, instead he went to patrol the border himself.
Before they could continue arguing, suddenly there is another signal again.
"Second distress signal confirmed!" a sensor-nin shouted, panic creeping into his voice. "Border of the Land of Grass, emergency level has raised to red and they have come!"
The Hokage's expression hardened and even his cousin forgot to shout.

But before they could process, one more signal are being sent and this time the attacker are lead by Hanzo the salamander.
Everyone become quiet, although they had expected the attack but to attack them at the same times is something they are least expected.
"What is the status now?" asked Hokage trying to sound calm. "How about Iwagakure and Sunagakure?"
"Only three village had attacked and the other two village didn't do anything yet," replied Makita.
The intelligence shinobi moved rapidly, unrolling maps and slamming markers onto the table. The Land of Rice lay between the Land of Fire and the Land of Lightning, making it the perfect invasion corridor for Kumogakure.
And Kumogakure had not sent scouts. They had sent their Raikage to deal with them that means the war had started.
Makita opened another scroll and tapped it with chakra. A new recording began to play.
This time, the attack was not carried out by their Kage, but by their elite ninja, who ambushed Konoha shinobi. The assault was so sudden that many shinobi were killed before they could even react.
That was not all.
Another recording played, and this time the attackers were led by Hanzo of the Salamander.
Although Hanzo's forces were smaller compared to those of Kumogakure and Iwagakure, Hanzo and his subordinates were all top-tier fighters. They easily annihilated several scouting teams.

"Three villages," an intelligence officer whispered. "They're attacking simultaneously."
The Hokage closed his eyes briefly, a headache forming. He did not know what to do at this moment.
After he regain his thought, he looked at several clans head and discussed with them on war strategy. Now plan A has failed due to combined attack of 3 village and they moved to plan B.
The others agreed to send their shinobi on the frontline but before the meeting ended, Raiken asked Hokage infront of everyone.
"Hokage sama, I think you should go to fight Raikage," said Raiken.
Everyone paused and looking at Raiken with surprised.
Hiruzen as an actor was too shocked and manage to calm himself down.
"I can't raiken, who will direct the strategy," replied Hiruzen trying to say that he is so important that without him the war strategy would fail.
"Hokage sama, in a book of Academy they always said that Hokage is the most strongest in the village and infact some also said that among second Hokage student you have learn much more jutsu than Tobirama sama," said Raiken. Which are not lie, he himself had checked the book and even asked several Uzumaki children on what they have learned in school.
"That..." before Hiruzen could spout nonsense Raiken cut him off.
"Furthermore, we need a stronger shinobi on the front line especially against the Raikage. Kumogakure had sent their Raikage and as the Hokage of Konoha, you should also go to the frontline to fight Raikage," said Raiken.
For once everyone who heard this nodded, they also knows what the content on textbook had said about Hiruzen.
