The Sharp Residence
Sydney Sawyer led Lauren Brooks to her bedroom. Upon seeing the princess-themed decor, Lauren burst out laughing.
"So pink and girly. I can tell he wants to pamper you like a little princess, but I can't say I agree with his aesthetic choices, haha…"
Lauren laughed unrestrainedly as she looked around the bedroom. "It even has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony…"
Just as she slid the door open, Lauren saw Ryder Sharp standing in the yard.
He stood alone.
From her angle, she could only see his cold, rigid profile.
His eyes were lowered, staring at the grass on the ground as if he were still contemplating how to weed it.
"Hey, Syd—" Lauren slid the door shut and lowered her voice. "What's the deal with that ex-boyfriend from earlier? I feel like everyone started acting weird the moment he showed up."
"I don't know," Sydney Sawyer said with a shrug.
She had also just found out today that Yancy Hale's cousin was actually Sylvie Lockwood's ex-boyfriend.
