"If they're not moving, we don't need to bother with them. Go find the Diviner; Miss asked us to focus on this matter. We don't know if she foresaw that the core of the circus's arrival could greatly impact future events. After all, she's a Diviner, might know something."
Shard suspected that the Grand Witch of Time foresaw Laster Edwards' return.
