Renee Langdon, after her shock, started tapping Tessa Caldwell's hand furiously: "What nonsense are you talking about?"
Tessa Caldwell shrugged: "But it's not real death, just fake death."
"Oh my God, what's going on, why do I feel like the world's turning into a fantasy?" Renee Langdon finally caught her breath; she was truly frightened just now, her entire body drenched in sweat that soaked through her thin clothes. She hurriedly fanned herself with her hand.
"He's not Lauren, he's Cian Channing." Tessa Caldwell suddenly said.
Renee Langdon's little face showed a hint of confusion: "Huh?"
Tessa Caldwell made a classic move like Conan: "It's the person you saw in my room, she's not Lauren, but Cian Channing. Of course, Faye didn't tell me, and when I asked him what's going on, he wouldn't say either. I guess he's worried I'll carelessly spill the beans. So, this is just my guess, not sure about it. But after I fake my death, I'll know everything."
