Four days passed ;
Some loud growls could be heard through the thin fog , in a plain , more than twenty zombies were fighting against one opponent , but in a blink of an eye their number decreased , their opponent was too fast ,his attacks were precise and merciless, he dodged easily their onslaught, and he slaughtered them one by one until the last one .
Melanie stood in the middle of a sea of corpse , she spent the last four days hunting and leveling up , she managed to fix her damaged soul with only one day of hunt , and the other three days she explored the surrounding and divided it into four sectors according to the beings living there ; zombie, skeleton , ghoul and ghost .
After the slaughter , Melanie got some messages from the system , then she checked her status;

Beside leveling up her skills , Melanie got a new Mastery skill "Death Parade", the one she used to kill those Zombies , it makes her body lighter and increase her agility by 30 % along with her connection with Ame , which make her use her weapon much naturally as it was a part of her body. This Mastery skill is used especially when faced with a lot of opponents at the same time , it makes it easy to dodge attacks from various directions and it ends the fight much faster .
Melanie added five stat points in Sen, then three in Def and the remaining two in Str , In the past four days , she made sure to increase all her stats at the same time , and as a result her fights became much easier compared to before .
Suddenly , Melanie heard some weird sounds not far from her locations , Curious she rushed there , using her skill stealth .
When she arrived there ,she saw five shadows moving through the thin fog, she approached them carefully and hid behind a tombstone not far from them .
When she looked more attentively , she found out that the five shadows were in fact humans .
At the moment , Melanie was happy to see some humans in this weird world , from the first moment she woke up here ,she only found monster who tried to kill her , and know there were humans before her eyes , she was delighted .
But soon she regained her calm , after remembering that she is no longer a human but a monster , and if she shows up they will surely kill her . Although she can't approach them, nothing could stop her from observing them and maybe she can learn more about them and this world , it would be perfect !
After looking at them for a while she noticed that the system didn't show her their names, race and level like what he did with monsters ,Why ? She couldn't understand . Maybe because there were far more stronger than her , as far as she remembers she encountered monsters with higher level than hers but the difference was only by ten levels at most she didn't encounter a top dangerous monster yet , although the ghost were dangerous, it's because of their scary abilities and their numbers. But if those human are so strong why didn't they discovered her stalking them , there must be another reason to the system's strange behavior .
Melanie continued following the group in the dark as they went deeper and deeper through the fog and thanks to her skill Analisis she was able to gather some information ; the group were composed of four men and one girl , the girl has brown hair , with gray eyes , she was young between fifteen and twenty years old she was holding tightly in her hands a stick with at its end a red crystal , she must be a mage , but she looked weak and a little frightened , next to her , was a well-built man at his twenties ,he has black short hair and black eyes , he was wearing a heavy armor , and in one of his hand was a big shield and in the other a long sword , he should be a tanker , Next at the back there is an archer , he was thin and looked weak, but he has sharp eyes, next to him , a boy with the same age as the girl , he has beautiful silver hair with green eyes , and the last man was at the front with the tanker , a handsome young man with curly blond hair , and bright purple eyes , he held a sword with some colorful stones implanted in it in his hand , a swordsman , a powerful one at that , he may be the leader of the group .
Melanie thought about something , aren't they the rumored adventurers whom she read about in fantasy books , they must be them , otherwise who would be that crazy to come in this dangerous place.
From her hidden spot, Melanie observed them , time to time they talked to each other, but she couldn't understand what they were saying , this world must have his own languages after all, she should learn some if she wants to go in human's society in the future . But how ? That the problem , and would she even be able to go there without being killed at first sight ? For now, it just an unreachable dream .
Two hours passed , the group didn't stop and just continued walking to god knows where , they encountered some zombie but the handsome man slaughtered them easily with only one move with his sword , it was really boring , Melanie thought about leaving , but she forced herself to stay because they may be the first and last humans to visit this place and something interesting might happen, who knows .
The group advanced more and more deeply , and when Melanie saw the path they were taking she got a strange feeling .
_ Mmh? That road is familiar ? …..Aren't they heading to the Zombie field ?
_ That bad for them , the first time I went there , I almost died .
Melanie recalled some bad memories about that place .
It was two days ago , she was walking leisurely in the Zombie's sector , looking for some souls to absorb , when she coincidentally , arrived in a place full of gravestones much more than the other places , that was strange , carefully she walked in there , and then the show started , just in front of her , a zombie came out from the underground , of course she killed it easily , but then another one came , and another one and another... , again it wasn't much for her , but when she was going to attack , she felt something cold retaining her foot , when she lowered her head ,she found a hand coming from the underground which prevented her from moving , meanwhile the other zombie came closer and closer , she tried to cut the hand with Ame , but unfortunately , another zombie's hand was holding its handle from the back , Melanie tried to free Ame from that hand but , with now two feet trapped it was quite difficult , the first bunch of zombies arrived , and one was even going to bite her , but fortunately , she freed Ame in time and cut that zombie into half , before slaughtering the others near her , then she turned to cut off those sneaky hands , and hurriedly, she jumped on one of the tombstone , those tricks can't reach her anymore . Then jumping from a tombstone to another without landing on the ground and using "Death Parade" she was able to slaughter mercilessly all the zombie before leaving that damn place . Then every day she returned there , to slaughter some zombies , because it was a fast way to absorb souls , also those sneaky bastards dared to touch her and her dear Ame , it was obvious that she will make them pay for it.
And now , those adventurers are heading to their doom .
But surprisingly , Melanie wasn't feeling sad or sorry for them , she was just excited for the upcoming battle .
