Witcher: Kingdom Builder

Kingdom_Building
James Calloway was a civil engineer in Edinburgh until a structural failure ended his life. He awakens in the Continent, not as a monster-hunting Witcher or a powerful mage, but as Konrad Valaris—a half-dwarf with a pickaxe and a dying body. Bound to the Sovereign Architect System, James discovers he is a "civilization engine" in a world torn apart by war and monsters. The system doesn't grant him superhuman strength; instead, it rewards structural stability, long-term planning, and the creation of institutions that outlast kings. From repairing hairline fractures in stone ceilings to drafting council amendments that resolve racial tensions, James must use his modern engineering knowledge and the "Blueprint" interface to build a sanctuary that can survive the coming darkness. In the Continent, the most dangerous person isn't the one who kills—it's the one who builds what everyone else needs.
