Chapter 134 - Volume 1: Chapter 134: Starting Today, a Trio

Ten or so minutes later.

Accompanied by a soft pop, Angel-sama, her pretty face burning hot, lay panting on Sora's chest.

"It's 9:07 PM right now..."

Sora raised his hand to wipe away the silver thread at the corner of his mouth. Looking down at the steaming Angel-sama in his embrace, he couldn't help but reach out his right hand and gently rub Mahiru's small head:

"We broke the loop."

"..."

Mahiru panted heavily. Her mind was a bowl of mush, and she was too ashamed to even speak.

(Sora-kun is so mean...)

(We aren't even dating... yet he actually kissed me for so long...)

(Although... although it did feel really good...)

"Let's rest for a bit, then ride our bikes home, okay?"

Sora said softly.

"Okay~"

Mahiru still didn't dare to look up. With her head down, she responded softly, but as soon as the words left her mouth, she startled herself.

(M-My voice sounds so weird...)

Her usual voice was gentle with a hint of coolness, but right now, her voice was indescribably sweet and cloying. Just hearing it herself made her blush.

"L-Let's go right now!"

Mahiru, full of shame, flusteredly stood up.

Sora's voice was slightly embarrassed: "I'll rest for a bit longer..."

"Eh?"

Angel-sama blinked her eyes in confusion. Her gaze shifted downwards, and she quickly understood the reason for 'resting':

"Sora-kun... H!"

"..."

After resting for a good while, Sora finally calmed down and was able to stand up.

The two walked out of the park together, went to the bicycle parking spot, and rode their bikes home.

The journey was silent.

The two quickly returned outside their homes.

Sora parked his bike and looked at Angel-sama behind him:

"Mahiru, goodnight."

"...Sora-kun, goodnight."

Mahiru responded shyly.

Sora asked softly:

"Are we still going to the park to exercise tomorrow?"

Hearing this question, Mahiru's pretty face flushed red again, and her gaze darted away evasively.

Today was the first day of training, and so many unexpected things happened. If they went training again tomorrow, would there be more accidents?

However... she truly couldn't refuse.

Angel-sama was silent for two seconds, responding shyly:

"Um... the Sports Festival is starting soon, we can't give up our training halfway..."

Sora smiled: "Understood. Tomorrow night at eight o'clock, be there or be square."

"..."

The night passed without words.

The next day.

Sora woke up on time as usual. After quickly sorting out breakfast, he stepped out the door on time and headed to the train station.

"Sora, good morning."

Just as he arrived at the train station, the girl's crisp, bright shout reached his ears.

At the train station today, besides Angel-sama, there was also a tsundere girl wearing a gorgeous princess dress, with waist-length blonde hair.

It was exactly Yamada Elf.

"Sora-kun, good morning."

Mahiru looked up, her voice gentle.

"Good morning." Sora greeted both girls separately, then looked at Elf. "Why aren't you wearing a school uniform?"

"School uniforms aren't cute at all." Yamada Elf put her hands on her hips, proudly lifting her chin. "I don't want to wear one."

Mahiru softly explained from the side:

"Actually, Elf hasn't received her school uniform yet. We're going to the school to register her information today, and then she can pick up her uniform and textbooks."

"I see." Sora gave a light nod, holding up three fingers. "Remember our previous three-point agreement, right?"

"Eh?"

Yamada Elf tilted her small face up blankly.

Sora was speechless: "You forgot already?"

"I didn't forget." Yamada Elf averted her gaze, stammering. "It's just that there are so many things, I can't remember them clearly... Servant, give me a teeny tiny hint."

She talks a big game, but she clearly forgot everything completely!

Sora put on a stern face: "First, you are not allowed to use your abilities recklessly at school. There are many people at school, and you might get caught."

"Got it~"

Yamada Elf obediently agreed, not acting willful.

"Second, remember to maintain distance at school." Sora continued. "Don't act too intimate, and definitely don't just come over and hold hands."

Yamada Elf unhappily puffed out her cheeks: "Why?"

Sora was expressionless: "I don't want to be treated by my classmates as a pervert who deceives elementary schoolers."

Thump—

Yamada Elf angrily clenched her small fists and pounded Sora's knee:

"Idiot Sora, I'm not an elementary schooler!"

As they spoke, the train roared into the station.

"The train's here, get ready to board." Sora stepped towards the platform. "I haven't thought of the third thing yet, I'll add it whenever."

Yamada Elf covered her ears with both hands: "I'm not listening, I'm not listening. It's just a turtle chanting."

Angel-sama, holding her schoolbag with both hands, followed behind the two with a gentle gaze.

Anna makes people feel guilty.

But Elf... always feels like a child who hasn't grown up.

The journey was silent.

The train wobbled its way to the school.

"Mom sent a message saying I have to go to the student council to register my information myself." Yamada Elf looked up.

"Idiot Sora, this lady doesn't know where the student council is. You come with me."

In Japan, many miscellaneous and tiring tasks are handled by the student council, such as registering information, distributing uniforms and textbooks, etc.

Mahiru raised a hand to tuck the stray hair by her ear, her voice gentle:

"I have to do cleaning duty today. Sora-kun, take Elf to the student council."

"Leave it to me."

Sora nodded in agreement.

Although he hadn't been to the student council office, he at least knew where it was.

Watching Angel-sama leave first, Yamada Elf put her hands on her hips, quickly switching her form of address:

"Idiot Servant, it's too late for you to regret now."

Sora looked over in confusion:

"Regret what?"

"Hmph." Yamada Elf gave a light snort, proudly lifting her chin.

"I gave you so many redemption points yesterday, and you actually only redeemed a lap pillow and back walking... You must be regretting not redeeming a kiss, right?"

"No regrets."

"You sure are a stubborn guy. You must have tossed and turned all night last night unable to sleep, right?"

"I'm sorry, I slept very soundly."

Yamada Elf's pretty face flushed slightly, and she lowered her voice:

"As long as Idiot Servant performs a dogeza (prostrating oneself) and begs me, I can give you another chance to choose."

Sora remained unyielding: "I absolutely do not want to choose again."

"Idiot Servant!"

Yamada Elf angrily puffed out her cheeks and poked Sora's waist with her fingers.

"Don't even think about redeeming a kiss ever again!"

"I'm thirsty, I want water!"

"Idiot Servant, hurry up and go buy me a drink!"

"..."

There was a vending machine right at the corner ahead. Sora and Elf bought two drinks. Bumping and teasing each other along the way, they soon arrived at the door of the student council office.

Just as Sora was about to raise his hand to knock, the door suddenly opened on its own.

The next second.

A tall gyaru girl with long, curly brown hair, snow-white skin, and an unbuttoned shirt collar stumbled forward, her arms hanging limply by her sides.

What's going on?

Sora's body reacted faster than his conscious thought, instinctively opening his arms to catch her.

Thump.

The brown-haired girl crashed into Sora, burying her face in his chest, and then... simply stopped moving.

"Is this a scam?"

Sora was dumbfounded.

If it's a scam, at least say something! What's with just playing dead!

"Servant, what's wrong with her?"

Yamada Elf was also startled. She hurriedly hid behind Sora, nervously peeking out half her small face:

"Why did she suddenly faint?"

"I don't know..."

Sora shook his head in confusion. An apologetic voice quickly sounded from the office:

"Don't worry, you two. Shikiya-senpai just ran out of battery and shut down again..."

What do you mean ran out of battery and shut down?

She's a human, not a phone, alright!

Sora followed the voice and saw a girl sitting behind a solid wood desk. She had standard black hair, combed neatly and meticulously, and a somewhat uncommon straight-cut bangs. Her eyebrows were slightly thick, but not obtrusive; instead, they gave her a serious, cute look.

The girl with straight bangs was writing furiously, seemingly quite busy: "Excuse me, student, could you please help Shikiya-senpai to the sofa? She doesn't have the energy to get up."

What do you mean she doesn't have the energy to get up?

With such terrible stamina, how did she even get to school!

Sora hesitated for two seconds but still accepted the task. He reached out to support the zombie-like gyaru girl and helped her to the sofa.

"Ah... thank you..." Shikiya Yumeko looked up, her voice intermittent and weak, like a robot with a depleted battery that could shut down at any moment.

"Just now... didn't have... the energy to speak..."
