"It is getting much better," Lune answered, adjusting the silk fabric slightly. "But I still cannot move it freely."
They turned away from the gates and walked back through the pristine palace corridors. Solomon recounted the events of the long night, detailing the hidden catapults and the cavern base.
Lune gasped dramatically and widened her emerald eyes at every single plot twist. She played the role of a shocked listener flawlessly, even though Vera had already delivered the exact same report to her an hour ago.
