Slowly, Shen Yu lifted his head and turned, his dark eyes meeting Jiang Li's. The moment their eyes met, Jiang Li quickly looked away, as if he had been caught doing something he shouldn't. That small reaction made the corner of Shen Yu's lips lift slightly in amusement.
His gaze then shifted, falling onto the sonogram resting nearby, right beside the pregnancy test that had been sitting there for weeks. Ever since Jiang Li had shown it to him, Shen Yu had kept it—first in his old car, and then, when they cleaned it after Jiang Li had gotten sick, he had quietly moved it into this one.
