The fire barely took any time at all for me to prepare, and Valentina promptly ignited the gathered bundles of grass after she soaked them in something that... made the fire 'better' or something; I wasn't really sure, all I knew was that I could sit here and be warm in another foreign place with a thoroughly soaked woman right across from me.
She had made the conscious decision to be over there as well since she had caught my impossible to control eyes idly roaming across her more than once now, and if I had the capacity to give a damn about shame in this situation I would have done everything I could to apologize and not be weird.
Sadly for us both I was rather emotionally spent and utterly incapable of attempting to be that decent with how wound up we both were, and after we had both gotten soaked to the bone it was even harder since... well...
