Chapter 52
Sez stayed up all night writing the letter that she planned to give Rayton along with the cloak. It bugged Sez that she had never given him a proper letter or a present until now. However, she didn't have a clue what to write. After pondering to herself for a while, she decided to write about the cloak first.
[You always dress lightly, it worried me! It's getting colder, so don’t forget to wear it.]
That was it. Sez was about to seal the letter but was soon lost in thought. Maybe this could be her last present for Rayton. She still didn’t know what was going to happen in the future, but regardless of the consequences - of course, she would have to make it out alive first - she would leave the palace.
Sez was still slightly afraid and wary of Rayton, but she at least wanted to be more sincere, especially when she was writing the letter that could be her last.
