Reinhard put Subaru in the Prison of the Knight Order after knocking him out, and handed Noah's dead body to Felix.
"So... that weak looking guy murdered him, nya?"
Felix looked at Subaru, who looks weak, doesn't seem to have much mana, and even his gate is not open.
How exactly did Subaru kill him?
Reinhard thought about the situation he had encountered.
He was just patrolling, then this guy started shouting on the top of his lungs. Like 'why did you suddenly die!?'.
Moreover, his own clothes weren't bloodied, but the guy who was murdered looked as if his heart had burst. Yet, there was no sign of struggle between them at all.
"Perhaps, someone else killed the guy, and this man here went crazy after witnessing such a scene, nya?"
Felix checked the victim and Subaru's bodies while other knights started investigating the their identities.
"Hmm... it's like someone directly bypassed his chest and squeezed his heart really hard, making it burst. There is no wound from a stab or anything, nya."
This didn't seem any known murderer's abilities that they knew about. So, a new assassin?

After a while, a knight returned with information.
"I found the identity of the guy with blue hair. Calling himself Noah Voss. He arrived in the capital just today and is staying in the inn Xyz with his Ground Dragon.
He then went to Karsten estate to challenge Wilhelm-san and surprised him with a space magic. But he was lying about his name, Noah Voss, so Crusch-sama told him to leave."
"Space magic!? That's a very high level Yin-magic!"
Julius was surprised. Not many people can use space magic. Aside from the Great Spirit in Roswaal's mansion, and maybe Roswaal himself.
Felix looked at this 'Noah' with a complicated expression.
"Was he killed to frame Crusch-sama and ruin her reputation?"
While the knights were discussing about the incident, Subaru, who had been under Reinhard's 'Divine Protection of Knocking out' and 'Divine Protection of Restraining', woke up.
Perhaps due to his connection with Satella, the 'Divine Protection of Knocking out' wore out much earlier than normal, even though it should have taken an hour.
Seeing Reinhard was not around, and finding himself in a holding cell with guards, Subaru tried to smash his head on the ground.

Seeing Subaru shiver upon seeing Reinhard, Julius spoke in a knightly manner, doing his best to appear non-threatening.

Subaru's thoughts spiralled, figuring out ways to die, and he arrived at a single conclusion.
He could move his mouth to answer the questions, but not enough to bite his tongue with force that will lead it to bleed.

As he tried to continue, he felt a shiver and started suffocating. Hand of the witch caressed his heart, warning him against speaking of it.

Satella continued muttering in his head, but not killing him as he wanted to die.
If he didn't want to die, she would have killed him to restart the loop. But... she didn't want him to wish to die.

Everyone looked at Subaru as he was acting crazy, and Subaru glared at them.
'Then I will say it!'
Her hands caressing his heart warned him again, but didn't kill him.
He pushed through the pain, pushed through the warnings of Satella to not speak about it, pushed through his heart getting squeezed a little too, and shouted.
"Then, I can Return by Death!"
The world itself seemed to pause.
Everyone but Reinhard and Subaru were not even aware that it happened.
And as the time unpaused, Reinhard eyes widened as simultaneously, everyone's hearts burst and everyone coughed up blood.
Intending to find out more about this ability and ensure that it doesn't hurt others even after their death, Reinhard requested a Divine Protection to deal with the situation and let the invisible hands kill him as well.
A moment later, and along with everyone, Reinhard died as well.
Yet, Subaru's restrains didn't loosen even though Reinhard has died.
"Hahaha... Hahahaha! I can kill anyone by just saying this! So, let me die already! Let me die already, dammit! I can Return by Death! I can Return by Death! I can Return by Death!"
Just then, before Subaru's wide eyes, Reinhard glowed and woke up. Perfectly healed. Perfectly alive.
Subaru froze in the middle of his crazy rant, and his eyes widened in horror.
"What the hell are you!? Why are you alive again!? Let me go already! Let me die! See! I am nothing but a pathetic criminal! A murderer! I killed all these knights!
Execute me already! Dammit! Dammit!"
Reinhard looked at Subaru's desparate expression, and started taking out his Dragon Sword Reid from it's sheath.
Reinhard thought that this 'Return by Death' ability allows Subaru to take over the body of a person he kills by revealing it and then killing himself.
Perhaps, that's why this dangerous person killed Noah and was about to kill himself to take over Noah's body.
By not releasing Subaru's restraints, and letting himself get killed so that others who were killed doesn't get their bodies used, Reinhard concluded that Subaru can't take over someone unless he dies as well.

Reinhard obtained the Divine Protection to seal Subaru in which he will remain alive for eternity, and unsheathed the Dragon Sword Reid.
Just in case, he will cut Subaru's mouth and limbs, and cut the invisible hands if Subaru tries to kill him again.

This is Reinhard's failure. Because of his incompetence, Julius, Ferris, and a lot of knights die.

Witch of Envy, sensing that things will become too dangerous, decided that she has no choice but to kill Subaru even though she doesn't want him to want to die.
"Ughhh!"
Subaru coughed blood.
She fondled his heart, and then, gave it a tight squeeze.
Before Reinhard could permanently end Subaru, Witch of Envy saved him.
