The atmosphere of the school now felt a little different.
Something was changing inside everyone, but no one had directly accepted it yet.
Nyra, Liyan, Liora and Reivan — all were tangled in their own worlds... and this confusion was going to change everything ahead.
Nyra was no longer able to ignore Liyan.
In class her attention kept going to Liyan again and again.
Whenever Liyan was quiet, Nyra felt like something was missing.
But even now she was unable to put her feelings into words.
Just small little things:
- sitting near him.
- finding excuses to talk to him.
- noticing his smile.
Liyan was also confused.
Being near Nyra gave him peace...
But he was unable to understand if this was just comfort or something else.
He kept suppressing his emotions.
Liora and Reivan's bickering had now become even deeper.
"Why do you always irritate me?" Liora said angrily.
Reivan casually said, "Because you get irritated easily."
Liora glares, "You are impossible."
Reivan says in a slightly soft tone, "And you... are predictable."
Liora pauses.
This time she has no reply.
One day Liora is about to fall in school.
Reivan instantly holds her.
The whole corridor goes silent.
Liora is shocked.
"You...?" she whispers.
Reivan quickly moves away, "Careful."
Liora keeps looking at him... and for the first time she feels something else behind his attitude.
That day it starts raining again.
Nyra and Liyan stop in the same corridor.
It is a silent moment.
Nyra slowly says:
"Why do you never express your feelings?"
Liyan pauses.
"Because feelings make you weak."
Nyra softly says, "Or they can make you strong too..."
Liyan looks at her... but says nothing.
One day Nyra sees Liyan laughing and talking with another boy and girl.
Her face becomes a little dull.
Liora notices it.
"Now you are definitely jealous," she teases again.
Nyra gives a weak smile but denies again.
Reivan keeps observing Liora.
He is unable to understand if he fights with her or cares for her.
When Liora talks to some other boy, Reivan becomes uncomfortable.
"Why does this bother me?" he thinks.
Now the situation had started becoming complicated:
And now the moment was about to come...
which would either connect all relationships... or break them.
One day after school an announcement happens:
"Tomorrow there will be a special group trip... all selected students must come together."
Nyra smiles...
Liyan becomes quiet...
Liora stares at Reivan...
And Reivan slowly says:
"This trip is going to be interesting..."
because after this trip nothing will be the same as before...
