Scarlett looked at Jude for a long period
"I just think breathing might fix something", she repeated
Jude folded his arms tightly as he stared at her
"And what happens after you are done breathing?"
"I haven't thought about that yet", she replied sharply
"So, you don't even know what you will do after?"
"No, I don't", she said as she looked away from him
Jude looked at the suitcase that was gently placed beside her bed
"Oh!! I can see that you have really planned this and made up your mind completely", he said slowly
"Isn't it obvious? I want to leave", she said quickly
He didn't respond immediately
"Scarlett, you are very impossible"
Scarlett let out a soft laugh
"I, impossible? Isn't that funny coming from you?"
There was a brief silence before Jude exhaled heavily
"Oh! Well, that's fine"
"Fine?", Scarlett frowned
"Yes. If leaving for a few days or months is what you think you need, then do whatever you want", he said sharply
