Jay's POV :
I woke up...I opened my eyes, and for a second, I didn't understand where I was.
Then I felt someone's hand on my waist.
I looked beside me.
Keifer was sleeping peacefully, holding me.
I slowly removed his hand from my waist and placed his head on the pillow.
"Don't go…" he whispered in his sleep.
I paused… then gently caressed his hair.
"I'm not going anywhere," I said softly and went to the washroom.
After freshening up, I came out.
Keifer was still sleeping.
I decided to make breakfast....I went downstairs and saw his aunt and uncle already sitting at the dining table.
"Good morning po," I said.
"Morning," they replied.
"Jay, we are leaving early. If Keifer wakes up, he won't let us go," his aunt said.
I nodded.
They hugged me.
"Please take good care of him. We will come back after three weeks," she said and i nodded soon they left.
I went to the kitchen and started making breakfast.
After some time, I heard a voice.
"Jay…"
I turned.
Keifer was standing there, rubbing his eyes, holding his teddy in one hand.
"Why did you leave me?" he said.
"I didn't leave you, Keifer. See, I'm making pasta. Didn't you say you wanted pasta last night?" I said.
His face lit up.
He came and hugged me tightly.
"Thank you, Jay. You are the best," he said and kissed my cheek.
I froze.
"Again, you look like a monkey," he said and started laughing.
"I'm not," I said.
"Teddy, see… Jay looks like a monkey," he said to his teddy.
I shook my head.
"Did you brush?" I asked, crossing my arms and raising an eyebrow
He looked down and shook his head.
"Go and brush," I said.He nodded and ran upstairs.
After twenty minutes, he came back..Fully fresh.
"I bathed too," he said proudly.
I smiled a little and ruffled his hair.
"Good boy," I said.
He smiled widely
We sat at the table.
"Where are uncle and aunty?" he asked.
"They left for London," I said.and He stopped eating.
His eyes filled with tears.
"Hey… what happened?" I asked.
"They left me…" he said and started crying.
"Hey… no. They didn't leave you. They just went for three weeks. And I'm here, right?" I said softly.
He looked at me with teary eyes.
I wiped his tears.
"We will play games… we will go to the park… and we will build a house for Teddy too," I said.
His face slowly lit up.
"Really?" he asked.....I nodded.
He started eating again...I smiled a little and ate too.
"Slowly," I said...He nodded.
After breakfast, he held my hand and pulled me to the living room.
"Now we will play," he said....I nodded.
He gave me his toys.
"Jay, let's do a car race," he said.....
I nodded.
He crashed his car into mine and giggled.
I just looked at him.. he is looking so innocent and so cute...
We kept playing for almost three hours.
Then he got tired.
I made lunch and We ate together.
Then we sat and started drawing.
He drew random shapes and showed me.
"Nice," I said and He smiled proudly.
Our whole day went like this.
We played.
We drew.
We built a small house for his teddy.
Evening came.
The house became quiet again.
" jay " keifer said
"Hm?"
"Park?" he asked.
I looked at him.
" now ? " i asked he nodded
I sighned and we left for park .... but there is no one in park
Keifer run toward swing and sit there
" jayyy pushh" he shouted i go toward him and pushed little
He start swinging and giggling
" yehhhhhh" he shouteddd ...he play there and i sit down on bench
Then few childrens come ... keifer went toward them and start playing...they also start playing with keifer
Then children moms come
" hey come here dont play with some mad person " she said and that make me angry
Keifer walked back slowly and hide behind me
" what did you say" i shouted on her
" he is my husband... dont ever said that again " i shouted she left from there i look behind
" keifer" i whispered
" why she called me mad person " he asked
I shook my head " beacuse she is mad " i said and held his hand ...we left from park
