Chapter 104 - Chapter 104: Celestial Dragons’ Taunts?

"How dare you speak to the great Saint Delros like that?!"

On the prow of the luxurious golden ship, Saint Delros's face was flushed red, the bubble beneath his helmet wobbling as he waved the golden pistol in his hand and screamed hysterically.

"Kill him! Kill him!"

"And that woman! How dare she eat the fruit I claimed—kill her too!"

"CP0! Marines! What are you idiots waiting for? Attack!!"

The moment the Celestial Dragon gave the order, the stunned forces snapped back to attention.

In this world, a Celestial Dragon's command was absolute. Defiance meant extermination.

"For justice!"

"Protect Saint Delros!"

Dozens of CP0 agents and hundreds of elite Marines surged forward like a tide. Gunfire erupted, blades flashed, and two vice admirals activated Soru, turning into blurs as they closed in from both sides.

Killing intent flooded the harbor.

Hancock, still adjusting to the Sweet-Sweet Fruit's power, felt her heart jolt. Her face turned pale.

"M-My lord! Be careful!"

She instinctively stepped forward, trying to shield Tobirama.

A warm, steady hand rested on her shoulder.

"Step back."

Tobirama's voice was calm, devoid of emotion. He didn't even turn around—only watched the oncoming crowd with faint pity in his eyes.

"What a group of ignorant fools."

"You were given a way out, yet you chose to walk into oblivion."

He slowly raised his right hand, fingers spreading as if grasping the void itself.

Spatial lock.

A silent ripple expanded outward.

In an instant, everything froze.

Charging Marines, leaping vice admirals, flying bullets—each was locked in place, as if time itself had been halted. Even the wind fell silent.

The two vice admirals struggled in midair, eyes wide with terror. They couldn't move a single finger.

"What… is this…?"

Tobirama closed his hand.

Spatial collapse.

There were no screams.

The compressed space imploded in a heartbeat, erasing everything within its range.

When the distortion faded, the front lines were gone—no attacks, no soldiers, no movement. Only a deathly silence remained.

The harbor was emptied in an instant.

Even the golden ship bearing the Celestial Dragon shuddered violently, its hull cracking from the shock.

Saint Delros collapsed onto the deck, his weapon clattering to the ground, his legs trembling uncontrollably.

"A… a monster…"

Behind Tobirama, Hancock covered her mouth, her eyes shining—not with fear, but with uncontrollable admiration.

So strong…

So overwhelming…

"For my sake, he defied the entire world…"

"He wiped them out with a single gesture… to protect me…"

Her thoughts dissolved into a daze as she stared at Tobirama's tall, unwavering back, her body nearly going weak.

At the edge of the battlefield, two survivors stared in disbelief.

One was Vice Admiral Gale, leader of the escort force.

The other was the CP0 commander, code-named Ghostface.

Cold sweat soaked their backs.

"With a single move… he erased over a hundred elites…" Ghostface muttered hoarsely. "This isn't normal Devil Fruit power."

Gale clenched his twin swords. "Spatial abilities… or something even worse. How could a monster like this appear in the East Blue?!"

"This level of strength rivals top commanders of the New World."

Ghostface's gaze flicked toward the trembling Celestial Dragon. "If Saint Delros dies, we all die with him."

He made a decision instantly.

"I'll contact headquarters and request Admiral-level support. Stall him!"

Gale took a deep breath and nodded. "Go. I'll hold him here."

Ghostface activated Geppo, retreating rapidly while pulling out a Den Den Mushi.

Gale stepped forward, muscles bulging as his uniform strained.

"Hey! Silver-haired brat!!"

His arms darkened instantly, coated in deep black Armament Haki.

"I am a Vice Admiral of Marine Headquarters!"

"Anyone who harms a Celestial Dragon is an enemy of world justice!"

Boom!

He stomped forward, activating Soru.

His figure vanished, leaving only a violent gust of wind.

"So fast!" Hancock gasped.

But to Tobirama—

It was unbearably slow.

"Hm?"

Tobirama noticed the blackened arms and paused, interest flickering in his eyes.

"So this is Armament Haki…"

A testing ground had just presented itself.

He withdrew the spatial barrier around his body and stood still, hands in his pockets.

Waiting.

"You dare look down on me?!"

Gale's eyes burned with fury—and delight.

An opening!

Even Logia users would fall to a direct hit from his blades!

"Die!!"

Twin swords crossed as he appeared directly in front of Tobirama, slashing toward his neck with terrifying force.

The blade's pressure cut through the air, slicing a strand of silver hair.

Saint Delros's eyes lit up.

This strike would land!

At the very last instant—

Tobirama smiled faintly.

"Too slow."
