Chapter 7 - Chapter 7

LIAM'S POV

She was able to dispatch my spiritual pressure within a few minutes. I increased it as I came close to her. It was at fifty percent and I'm sure of that and as of when she began to try to dispatch my spiritual pressure I increased it by twelve percent making it sixty-two percent in total. Most wolves would have crashed completely or lost their life. but she had simply swept it aside.

My mind kept wondering as I pinned her there. My hand was a heavy weight over her navel, anchoring her to the floor, while my other hand locked her wrists high above her head. I kept my claws tucked in and my dead-lid staring into her eyes trying to figure out what just happened. With nothing but her small hands and a fierce, raw strength, she had pulled me down right on top of her.

I took a slow, deep breath. The air from my lungs hit her face, catching her cream-colored hair and making it dance against her skin. Her eyes went wide, flashing with a wild, crazy fire. "Have you lost your mind?" she snapped, her voice loud and defiant. "Get your flirty hands off me right now, or I swear I'll rip you apart!"

She thrashed under me like a trapped bird, but there was nothing weak about her. "Let me go!" she snarled. "Oh Goddess!, you Alphas are all the same crazy and full of yourselves. You think every wolf you meet is just a monument to your own ego." A smirk pulled at her lips, sharp and bitter. "I'm going to show you the difference between an Alpha who sits around eating delicacies all day and an Omega who trains until her bones ache." She roared as she tried to buck me off, twisting her body with a sudden surge of power, but I didn't budge. My grip was iron.

However when those words dropped from her mouth, I held her down harder. My dead-lid eye opened a bit and stared into her. The wolf tattoo on my chest began to shift but I calmed my wolf down. My claws almost found its way out but I tried to retract it inside.

Before I could blink, she spat directly into my face. The shock of it made my grip loosen, and in that split second, she twisted away like a shadow.

"Buckle up," She snarled, her voice a low, dangerous promise. "Because I'm about to give you a lesson you'll feel for a lifetime."

The words had barely left her lips when a chair shattered across my back. Then came a table, slamming into my head with a deafening crack. I was still trying to find my footing when a kick caught me right in the spine. I felt my bones shift a sickening, grinding pain that made my vision blur. I turned to face her, but a second kick landed squarely on my jaw.

My wolf let out a pained howl deep in my chest. My claws scraped against my palms, and my fur began to bristle with a life of its own. I locked my eyes on her, ready to shift and end this but I stopped. She was still human. She hadn't even called on her wolf form yet. I couldn't let her see me change. I forced the beast back down, retracting my claws until my hands were just skin and bone again.

She lunged with a punch that carried the weight of three full-grown omegas. I caught her fist in my palm and twisted, but she was too fast. With a graceful flip, she untwisted herself and stood tall, a deadly calm in her eyes.

"It's been a while since I've been pushed this far," she whispered. "Let's make it worth it."

She was a whirlwind. A kick from below I dodged. A palm from above slid to the right. She's sharp, I thought. Sharper than any wolf I've ever met. Suddenly, her spiritual pressure hit me from behind like a physical wave, shoving me toward her. She swung, and I blocked with both hands, planting my feet deep into the floor.

"How long can you hold on, Alpha?" she smirked, her fists blurred as she rained strikes down on me. "I train every single day while you sit in your fancy chambers, giving orders and eating delicacies. You think that's what it means to lead? I came here to answer you, and you broke the only thing I have. Why?"

Her punches grew heavier, ten times stronger than before. I blocked and dodged, waiting for her to tire, but her energy felt like an infinite well.

"What are you doing?"

"Stop her!! She has gone insane as usual. This is what I experience!!!!!!" Pixy ran in screaming, Jake and Kelly followed.

"Damn I told her to keep her nasty attitude aside when she meets the Lord"

"But what did Liam even want from her? We all know how wide she can be, didn't you inform Liam?" I heard Jake roaring back at Kelly as their distance kept closing in.

"PREPOSTEROUS!!!" Kelly said as he pounced on her with his full weight and held her down.

Jake's rushing to my corner, his eyes wide open. His body shaking. " Are you injured?" he kept on dusting my clothes like there was some unseen dirt I couldn't see. " My lord speak, are you injured?"

"Let me at him!!! Allow me to teach your so-called Lord a lesson!!!! Let me show him what it means to be a true om.…." Still trying to speak when Kelly closed her mouth with his palms and hit her head slowly on the floor.

"Please forgive her" Pixy crashed both knees on the floor with her two hands clapped in the form of prayer. " Let me handle this my lord, i understand that an abomination was done now but please tamper it with mercy I will take full responsibility of this"

"My lady please rise, you can do this" Jake rushed to her, "you are the future Luna of the kingdom" he said as he used his two hands to try and raise her on her feet but she kept still on her knees.

The girl on the floor managed to move Kelly's hand just enough to speak. "You all…"

"SHUT UP!" the three of them roared back in perfect, terrified harmony.
