In a dark room situated beneath the Wutherhorn manor, a distant clanging sound could be heard, along with faint snores from a guard.
A young girl sat in the darkness, shielded by a row of iron bars, the only illumination in the room came from a small rectangular hole in the wall directly above the girl's wooden bed.
This was the dungeon of the Wutherhorn estate, the girl had short white hair and dark red eyes, she sat in complete silence as she rocked herself to sleep.
"…baby don't cry, go to sleep now… baby don't cry—go to sleep now." She murmured as she rocked herself back and forth, the words that came out of her mouth belonged to fond memories of her mother, memories that were long locked away.
She could hear the leaves rustling outside, the soft breeze poured into the room slowly and her hair fluttered along with it.
