Sato screaming while being chased by a hoard of mountain boars brushes past trees in the jungle trying to evade the beasts.
"Ahhh!! Help, anyone help me."
He screams out loud hoping anyone would listen.
Sato turns around hoping that at least he was far away but the beast were relentless.
'Is this punishment for being a shut in?'
While running through the woods he spots a huge bolder.
Swiftly he jumps behind the bolder and crouch down. The boars does not seem to notice this as they move past him chasing his shadow that is no longer there.
After the boars leave and the area clears up a bit Sato breathing heavily comes out the from behind the bolder.
"Thank god i get to live another day." he says while getting on his knees.
Few minutes go by and he walks through the forest on his way he see's weird plants and insect.
'well this confirms it i am indeed in another world' he thought to himself.
What seems like eternity he reach the end of the forest. The view open up to a large plain area.
"Wooo, finally i am out of that forest. Adventuring life here i come"
Sato walks forward beathing as though he escaped hell... which he somewhat did.
But the moment he steps further he fell below into what seem to be a cleverly build trap and gets caught by ropes.
"What the f*ck" Sato shout out clearly pissed with his fate.
He frees himself but it at the bottom of the pit.
"just my luck" scoff Sato.
Then he hears footsteps rushing toward the pit he feel in.
"who is it" no response
Sato looks up through the pit and sees two head pop above belonging to children.
One of the kid with with blond hair looks at Sato disappointment in his eye.
The blond haired boy look toward the other kid with brown hair and tiny scar under his left eye.
"This one seems like a dud" says the blond hair to the scar eyed kid.
"yea lets check the other ones" replies the scar eyes boy.
The boys get up to leave.
"Hey hold up there you brats so it was you dug up this trap." Sato shouts out from the pit pointing an accusing finger towards the children.
The children focus turn to Sato again.
"Yes!, it was us isn't it amazing" exclaim the blond boy smiling looking down at Sato.
"Yea, we even caught an idiot in here" says the scar eyes kid while laughing at Sato.
"Who are you brats calling idiot let me show you" Sato clearly full of anger start to climb up the pit but fails miserably.
The kids laugh harder at his pathetic attempts to climb out.
"Hahahaha, mister were you saying something" says the scar eyed kid while laughing hard.
"What is your name mister" ask the blond hair after both kid had their fill of laughter.
"Iruka Sato" says almost mumbling frustrated at his humiliation by some brats by his account.
"I am loid and i am going to be a knight" says the blond hair loid while pointing at himself.
"And i am kale when i grow up i am going to be an adventurer" say the scar eyes kid now kale.
'knight? adventurer? so it really is an fantasy world ... phew i almost thought i was in some kind of punishment' thought sato almost relieved.
Sato now looking up at the boys "ok now get me out of here."
"ok ok wait here a sec i will fetch a ladder or something" says loid and run off while kale stay over the pit.
"why the hell would you even built such a trap" ask Sato now a little calm.
kale confuse replies "hmm? to catch dinner" like its the most normal thing to do.
'Oh right this is supposed to be another world there is no set of rules preventing them just making up traps' though Sato still not fully used to his new environment
"By the way what were you doing in the forest. I thought you were an adventurer but you cant even climb out a pit so that is out of the question" kale ask eyes full of curiosity.
"I-I got lost" lies Sato not he himself know how he got there while keeping it a secret about his transmigration.
"You really are an idiot you can't just walk in there its a dangerous area don't you know" kale says a little disappointed by the answer.
'This brat what is with the disappointment do you know what i had to go through' Sato thought to himself
"Hey.." before Sato could defend himself loid comes back with a rope in hand.
"I am back i could not find the ladder so i brought this" loid says to kale while dragging a long rope behind him.
The kids ties one end of the rope to a tree and the other end is dropped into the pit.
Before climbing up Sato tug at the ropes testing its endurance.
*exhale* Sato 'Here goes nothing' and starts to climb up the pit.
After being stuck at the bottom for nearly 30 or more so minutes Sato is free but he stay put and does not move an inch fearing another trap.
"What scared come on there is no more trap at least not here" teasingly says kale.
"Yea come on suto!? ... um mister our village is near" smiling loid says to Sato.
'These brat well they helped me can't get mad at them yup being a grown is being mature' thinks Sato while the tree of there walk on a rough path towards the loid and kale village.
