Although Swordsmen had a clear advantage in this Entrance Test, not all Awakened enjoyed the same conditions.
Summoners, for example, relied on their Summons for physical combat. Without Mana, they couldn't utilize the physical attributes or other abilities of the beings they summoned.
The problem was that their Mana remained sealed until they accumulated enough points to unlock it.
Elementalists, on the other hand, were Awakened who depended almost entirely on beings with whom they formed contracts, such as Spirits, Fairies, and other species born from Mana.
As for Mages, although their physiques weren't as specialized as those of Swordsmen nor as weak as those of Elementalists, their situation was similar to that of Summoners. After all, they relied primarily on Mana to fight.
If they wanted to improve their physical capabilities, they had to rely on Mana or physical-type magic.
