All Might greeted him in his muscle form.
"Hey..."
Arthur nodded slightly, looking at the I-Island Hero Association guys behind All Might. "The deal's done, right?"
The lead middle-aged man frowned. "You caused quite a scene, don't you think?"
"What did you just say?"
A dangerous glint flashed in Arthur's eyes.
He hated people like this.
They ask you for help, then complain after you get the job done.
All Might quickly waved his hands to calm things down. "Okay, okay, settle down, young Arthur. The Hero Association confirmed your mission is complete. All your past incidents and records are cleared. We mainly came to tell you that."
"Is that so? Then you can leave."
Arthur immediately kicked them out. "I'm not interested in Hero Association people."
The men's faces turned green, like they had something gross stuck in their throats.
They were high-level managers of the Hero Association, no matter what.

Arthur looked impatient.
The men's faces twitched. Finally, they said, "All Might, we'll head out first."

Arthur waved his hand, telling them to disappear.

The door closed pretty hard.
"Young Arthur, you okay?"
Once it was just the two of them in the room, All Might asked.
"Skip the small talk. What do you want?" Arthur turned off the TV and shot back.
All Might scratched his temple awkwardly, then got serious. "His Quirk."
Arthur looked surprised.
Izuku Midoriya... lost his Quirk?
"You mean... that bullet?"
"Last night, Izuku and the others got attacked by the League of Villains. Izuku Midoriya... lost his Quirk." Arthur guessed.
"Right. Same kind of bullet that was fired at you before. I already gave it to David Shield for analysis." All Might's expression was super grim. "Nighteye told me Mirio also got hit by that bullet, but he recovered the next day."
"But when I went to see Izuku this morning, he still hasn't recovered!"
By the end, All Might was practically gritting his teeth.
"So the bullets they used this time weren't test versions. They're the real deal, right?" Arthur poured two cups of coffee and offered one to All Might. He pushed it away and said, "Is this really the time for coffee?!"
"I believe that's the case." All Might said in a low voice. "I never thought that bullet could take away even Izuku's Quirk."
One For All. A Quirk even All For One couldn't steal.
And yet that weird bullet erased it.
"So what now?" Arthur sat back down across from All Might and took a sip of bitter coffee. "What do you need from me?"
"Nothing much, actually. I just wanted to warn you that according to Shoto and the others, that bullet was originally meant for you," All Might said gravely.
"Is that so?"
Arthur laughed coldly. He'd already figured that out.
The League of Villains... or more accurately, All For One.
If he got the chance, he'd slaughter all of them.
Now that The World had evolved to five seconds, that kind of broken bullet couldn't touch him.
"Either way, be careful." All Might stood up and walked toward the door. "Class A is heading back to Japan today. Take your time recovering, then come back whenever."

Just as All Might opened the door, Arthur suddenly spoke. "Izuku Midoriya lost his Quirk. Should he give up on being a hero?"
All Might's body visibly trembled. He finally managed to say, "What makes a hero is the heart, not the strength of the Quirk, shonen."
Thud... With that, All Might closed the door and left.
Arthur sat back down at the foot of the bed, lost in thought.
One For All got erased?

Less than five minutes later, someone else knocked on the door.
This time Arthur got up to open it himself.
It was Momo Yaoyorozu and Melissa.
"An, are you feeling better?"
"Arthur, how's your body?"
The door opened, and the two girls spoke almost at the same time.
Arthur looked directly at them. After five seconds, he said, "Did you come together?"
"No, we met in the elevator." Melissa explained.
Momo felt a flash of annoyance inside but forced it down and managed a smile.
"Come in." Arthur stepped aside.
"What, what a coincidence, heh heh~"
After the two girls came in and sat on the couch, Arthur sat in another spot. "Melissa, your dad's situation should be fine. The Hero Association guys just came and told me."
Melissa clapped her hands happily, beaming. "Yes! This is all thanks to Uncle Might and also, and also..."
Then Melissa's expression dropped a bit. "I'm sorry. The device my dad made caused you to get so seriously hurt."
"Don't misunderstand. To be exact, it was how your father's device was used." Arthur clenched his fist. "It helped evolve my The World..."
