The entire room seemed to have undergone a very awkward silence.
While on one side, Adrian and Clara were feeling angry and uncomfortable with all the disdainful glances Miss Shelly was throwing in their direction.
They might not be educated but they still had the ability to detect and recognize the thought behind other people's eyes and
The fact that Miss Shelly was looking down on them for their poor background and their unconditional support for Sarina, was also very clear.
On the other hand, Shelly was also trying her best to keep her calm and not lash out on the poor people in front of her who were obviously trying to bite off more than they can chew.
Their country had very strict policies for education. Every school must follow and teach the same subjects and books approved by the government, no matter which city they belong to.
Due to this, even if someone can't study in a better school, he or she can still have a chance to compete with students from the best school in their country.
The only difference between them would be the school facilities, teachers' qualifications and environment which was undoubtedly better in capital and first-tier cities like the one Miss Shelly came from.
This is one of the major reasons why she believed that Sarina was bluffing. She knew how hard middle school was. Even the best students who were being called literal geniuses didn't dare to skip grades let alone someone in a third-tier city like this.
The only people who were normal and even relaxed were Sarina and the principal. They both believed that time will prove who is wrong and who is right.
There was simply no point of fighting such a baseless battle when the results will be in front of everyone's eyes in just a few hours.
Just as everyone were getting lost in their own thoughts, a soft knock on the door brought everyone back to reality.
"Come in." Clearing her throat, the principal calmly instructed.
The door opened as two male and three female teachers stepped inside.
"You called for us principal ma'am?" The female teacher at the very end asked.
"Yes. I have called you all here for a very special reason. This student here wants to skip all your grades and jump directly to the last year of middle school."
Nodding her head, the principal seriously stated her purpose of calling them all while pointing at Sarina who politely nodded at them in agreement.
The teachers, on the other hand couldn't remain that calm as they glanced at Sarina in shock before looking back at the principal with questions clear in their eyes.
"Don't look at me like that. She really believes she can do this and as teachers I want you all to trust her and give her a chance."
Looking at their inquisitive expressions, the principal earnestly advised. She really wanted to know if Sarina will bring her such a pleasant surprise.
"Principal ma'am, I can't believe you are actually suggesting something so unrealistic. You should have them persuade the girl not to dream something impossible yet here you are, asking them to give her chance, This could damage the school's credibility."
Standing by the side, Miss Shelly could no longer control her emotions as spoke whatever that came in her mind; her eyes wide in disbelief as she glanced at everyone in the office.
Her disapproval of all of this was clear on her face.
"Miss Shelly, do I need to remind it to you again that I still haven't accepted your transfer letter and are not the teacher of my school. You have no right to tell me, my teachers or my students what is right and what is not."
The principal could no longer tolerate the disrespectful behavior of Miss Shelly and sharply rebuked.
Though it didn't seem to have much impact on her, as she continued to argue otherwise.
"It's not like I am wrong principal ma'am. Besides, even if these teachers agree for your sake which I highly doubt they would, the entire procedure will take hours to complete and I am sure they don't have that much extra time to waste."
Miss Shelly confidently said while looking at the teachers as if they were her subordinates and should listen to what she said.
Sure enough, her words successfully offended not only the principal but also the teachers who just arrived and didn't know what happened before.
Even Adrian and Clara, who were standing by the side, also felt offended for the teachers. To them, teacher's job is guide and support children, not discourage or dishearten them.
Sarina, who initially was just watching and enjoying Miss Shelly jump around like a clown but simply had enough of her act.
"Miss Shelly, right? I suggest you should give up upon being a teacher as I highly doubt if any school or their students could tolerate you."
Stepping forward, Sarina indifferently said; her entire face cold and expressionless as if talking to someone completely unimportant.
"You…..how dare you talk to me like that? I am going to be your new teacher. Is this how your parents and teachers had taught you?"
Miss Shelly fiercely said, anger clearly visible in her eyes as she glared at Sarina in rage.
In her entire life, no one had even dared to speak to her harshly and yet here, a little 10 years old girl actually dared to pass such a statement on her.
If it was someone else in Sarina's place, they might would have felt scared or even cried, but she was Sarina, someone who handled even far worse people than her. Dealing with someone like Miss Shelly was a piece of cake for her.
Besides, this woman actually dared to point her finger at her parents. This was something Sarina will never tolerate.
"First of all, of course I dare to talk to you like that. You are neither my parent nor my teacher and I really doubt you will be in the future."
Sarina said, her expression no longer calm as she coldly looked at Miss Shelly with a deep rage hidden in her eyes.
"As for my parents and teachers, they had taught me very well how to stand up for myself and my loved ones against people like you."
Sarina continued, her anger rising with each word she said, trying her best to control the urge to hide the Sarina who in her previous destroyed her enemies without any hesitation.
Sensing the undisguised wrath in Sarina's eyes, Miss Shelly unconsciously took a step back in dread.
She simply couldn't understand how exactly can a 10 years old girl has such cold and ruthless eyes that could even scare her to such an extent.
Gazing at Sarina who not only took a firm stand for her parents but her school and teachers, everyone suddenly found her even more pleasing to their eyes.
Having tolerated Miss Shelly more than enough, the principal also felt her last line of patience being crossed.
"You have spoken more than you need to Miss Shelly. I am sorry but our school doesn't have the capability to hire such a prestigious teacher like you and meet your demands. You can leave."
The principal sarcastically said as she showed her the way out.
"Humph! Who even wants to teacher at a school like this anyways? I will in fact gladly pass the opportunity to someone else."
Miss Shelly contemptuously said as she pompously stood up, ready to leave that place as soon as possible but how could Sarina allow her to leave just like that.
"Wait a second Miss Shelly. You are forgetting something. You still haven't apologized to my parents and the teachers for disrespecting them."
Sarina seriously said, her stance firm as she demanded a sincere apology from Miss Shelly.
"And why do you think I will apologize to them? Someone who herself lives in a fantasy world believing she can do what ever she wants has no right to demand an apology from me."
Miss Shelly arrogantly said as she started walking towards the door.
"What if I prove you wrong? What eif I am not bluffing and really did successfully skipped grades as I had said? What will you do then?"
Sarina asked, her words effectively making Miss Shelly pause in her way. Turning around, she stared at Sarina and the confidence radiating from her.
Smirking, she walked back in to the room.
"If really are able to successfully skip the grades as you had said, then I also promise to not only apologize to your parents and teachers but also donate a library to this school."
Miss Shelly confidently announced leaving everyone in the room including Sarina shocked and in disbelief.
None of them had expected her to raise the stakes so suddenly. The principal and the teachers were the most excited. Even Adrian and Clara didn't expect Miss Shelly to offer such an appealing prize.
All of them knew that there were no public or private libraries in their city. If Miss Shelly really donate one, it will definitely become a huge attraction for the school.
Sarina also obviously realized the importance of this library. She definitely won't give up this chance to do something for her school and city which had given her a lot.
But before she could even open her mouth, a familiar voice spoke in her mind, making Sarina almost burst into cheers.
Fortunately, she was able to stop herself in time otherwise everyone would have definitely considered her an idiot or mentally unstable person.

Angel announced; her cheeks puffed in anger and annoyance as she recalled her host been questioned and doubted like that.
Others might not know this, but she had seen how hard her host had worked to achieve this. She absolutely won't allow anyone to disregard her.
Even though Sarina couldn't actually see Angel, but after spending this last month with her, she could clearly feel the anger radiating from her for herself.
Sarina obviously didn't mind it. Instead, she welcomed it with open arms. It proved that Angel had accepted her as her own and cared for her a lot.
How could Sarina not appreciate it.
"Calm down sister Angel. Don't worry, I will definitely win this bet for you." Sarina coaxed before glancing back at Ms Shelly who had been impatiently waiting for her answer.
"I accept your challenge."
