Especially after Excavation Princess launched her counterattack.
[Haha, I told you Lily's storyline wasn't simple and was likely related to the main plot. Now do you believe me? Official promotional video confirmed!]
[To be honest, I think Lily might not just be related to the main plot, but is actually the protagonist of this version!]
[Don't disbelieve me, do you know what the 11th Shelter is? That's right, the headquarters of the Silent Garden is located there now!]
As Excavation Princess's analysis spread, the reply from the player who had commented under the video earlier was directly buried deep underground.
All the doubts became a joke.
Conversely, Excavation Princess's analysis was directly hailed as divine. Many players began to believe that Lily was indeed the protagonist of the new version.
[Excavation Princess is awesome!]
[Excavation Princess, confess, do you know the plot designer for Beyond the Stars? Otherwise, how could you guess Lily's plot so accurately?]
[Awesome, awesome. By the way, what exactly is Lily's identity? Is it true or false that she claims to be an alien?]
[Now I have no choice but to join the Lotus Sect.]
At this moment, Sword Qi Soaring to the Sky received another message from Black Si.
[Holy crap, did you know all along that Lily was an important story character in the new version?]
Sword Qi Soaring to the Sky calmly replied with a smiling face.
Staying silent to act like a master!
[Damn it, you got a head start! You scoundrel, you're trying to use your relationship with Lily to snatch the new main quests and then top the level leaderboard, aren't you? Just you wait, I'll bring people over as soon as the server opens!]
Heh heh, too late!
Sword Qi Soaring to the Sky was overjoyed. He really didn't expect things to take such a turn.
Is this the Lotus Sect?
This time, he could truly say, "Believe in Lily and gain eternal life."
With the faction reputation he had accumulated before, no matter how hard Black Si and his group tried, they wouldn't be able to catch up anytime soon.
"Open the server, why isn't it open yet? I want to see Black Si following me around right now!"
Not just Sword Qi Soaring to the Sky, many players in Origin Star were eagerly waiting for the game to open.
Under the dual promotion of Excavation Princess's video and the official announcement, many wavering players had now decided to join Lily.
Even if Lily wasn't the protagonist of the new version, following her would still be much more enjoyable than continuing to toil in their original factions.
The official team had indirectly debunked the rumors through the update announcement and the new promotional video, assuring that joining the Silent Garden would not lead to concerns about not receiving quests.
Charge, charge, charge!
"Well done, Excavation Princess!"
Lily was in a great mood.
Excavation Princess's statement that she might be the protagonist of the new version was a stroke of genius.
According to her initial estimates, she should be able to attract a few hundred players with this new beginner village. But with Excavation Princess's statement, many players chasing the main storyline would undoubtedly flock from other places to join the Silent Garden.
One thousand, two thousand...
Lily didn't know when it would reach its limit.
She only knew that with a hundred players, she dared to seek trouble with Graham. With ten thousand players, she dared to directly confront the Truth Society!
"So you're the one called the Truth Society, huh?!"
Standing before you now is Bai, the Apprentice Psionic Painter, the newly promoted regional Boss, the guide of The Fourth Calamity, Fu!
Lily was not worried that players attracted by the "protagonist" claim would be disappointed upon arriving at the Silent Garden.
She wasn't the protagonist now, but that didn't mean she wouldn't grow into the protagonist as she became more involved in the storyline.
Besides, she still had the new regional main quest in the Goli Desert, Watchers Elegy, in her hands.
The protagonists of the Watchers Elegy series of quests were either Old Nissen or Yulia. One of them had now joined the Silent Garden, and the other's main body was imprisoned by the Truth Society, while her clone was in Lily's pocket, playing around.
Holding the biggest faction in the beginner village and the regional main quest, if she wasn't the protagonist, who could be?
Before the players arrived, Lily immediately contacted Gao Yuan, asking him to open several player-oriented shops in the 11th Shelter and to quickly send representatives responsible for distributing commission quests and purchasing sand worm materials to be stationed in the 11th Shelter.
"Don't hesitate! Miss this opportunity, and you'll miss the chance to shine across the entire world!"
Lily urged him very quickly.
Gao Yuan gritted his teeth and agreed.
He was now the head of the Gao Family, but he hadn't been in charge for long. To gain respect, he had to achieve something, so he decided to take a gamble on Lily.
One day later.
At the 11th Shelter, Gao Yuan and Lily stood on the rooftop of Old Nissen's tavern.
As version 1.1 Darkmoon Tide officially launched, a large group of players suddenly swarmed outside the 11th Shelter. A rough estimate put their number at over two hundred, and this figure was still increasing.
"How did these people appear?"
Gao Yuan quickly turned to look at Lily, finding her as calm as ever.
He couldn't remain calm. His heart was now filled with awe and speculation about Lily's true identity.
Who exactly was she?
"Welcome to the 11th Shelter!"
Anya, as the beginner guide, walked towards the players who were entering the game for the first time.
