The next day, 6 in the morning

Walks to the washroom, finishes his daily chores, gets ready

Mom's shout is hear from downstairs
" Iki are you ready, come and have your breakfast "

Iki rushes downstairs ,sees the table in which a the simple breakfast is placed, sandwich and veggies.

After eating he runs of to wear his shoes .
"Alright Iki are you ready "
"Ever ready, I am waiting for this day for 6 whole years let's go mom "
Seeing her ever energetic son's expression makes her happy and she smiles with a hint of relief, hoping in her heart that her son will have good talent .
Both the mom and son leave the house with expectation , excitement and nervousness all mixed together .
Mom drives the car, the white sedan slowly gets off from from the parking lot and starts moving to their destination.
Iki sitting in the back seat watches the trees passing by , closes his eyes and thinks about the past 6 years he spent with his mom.
As for his dad he can only recall a blurry picture of him.
"No matter how worse my talent or how great it is I will definitely work my way through and give my all into becoming a hero, since I am lucky enough to get the second chance at life, I will make sure I will live it fully and leave no regrets. "
"With all the previous research I can confirm my golden finger should be the type of proficiency one but it is more realistic and after 2 years of exercise my stats are still in pitiful 2 points, so the system only allows me to fully unleash potential of my own body .

While Driving the car mom answers,

Both start laughing and the nervous atmosphere formed due to talent awakening seem to lighten.
Amidst their laughter , the Car moves steadily towards their destination.

A huge 30 story building can be seen getting closer. A line of cars , bikes, vans and buses all moving slowly and systematically towards the wide gate leading to the tall building. The security officers are seen walking in groups , checking each and every vehicle carefully. maintaing standard procedures before letting them in.

Inside the Car, ikki speaks
"Mom so many people have come, it is always this many or is there anything special today. "
Mom says
" The talent awakening continues for full 7 days, the first and seventh day are always busy, we have come on 3rd day , this much rush can be considered on the light side. "
" Whoaa, so many people , this is just in district 71 right? "
Just as the mother and son were speaking
A security officer comes up, with a serious face, knocks on the window.
Ikki with quick hands and feet lowers the window screen.
The security officer says with straight face.
"Certificate and admission ticket"
Ikki quickly gives the two papers, and then the officers cross checks with the internal database and gives back the papers and signals his colleague to show every thing is correct, goes off to check the next car , no extra words spoken .

The car slowly moves past the wide gate , security guides them to the parking lot.
After parking the car.
Ikki gets of the car, stretching his body, jumps twice at the same place
" Haa, my body was about to get mould, sitting in car for so long"
After locking the car, mom get off the car, slaps his head
" Don't talk like a Old Man, you are still young "
" Haa, but mom we really spent over half an hour just at the gate entrance . "
" It usually gets busy in the evening, let's go now, and quickly get the token and wait for our number to come.,
Have you picked the certificate and admission ticket with you , we can't come again and I will slap you there only "
" Don't worry, mom everything is taken care of, let's go now, let's see what type of talent your son awakens"

Both the mother and the son reach the venue and when ikki reached the destination wherever he sees, it's people, huge sea of people..

There are lot of parents and children sitting here and also people with the same black suit and bright blue badge bringing in parents and children
The big room able to hold atleast 1000 people is half full , but the noise is still as if it is full and one can still hear the speakers calling the token number amidst this noise and the guides are taking the kids of the corresponding token numbers to the different room .
The mother and son thank the guide and find a empty place at the middle and sits waiting for their number to be called.
Ikki says
" Mom our token number is 1275 now the running number is 55 , we still have to wait for such a long time "
"Don't worry, it basically takes 5-10 minutes to determine the talent and there are so many taking place at the same time, in half an hour our turn will come. "
Ikki and his mom start waiting patiently for their turn to come.
The cold speaker voice calling token numbers

After 30 minutes the cold emotionless speaker voice sounds again waking Ikki up from his revery.
It is like a Clarion call for ikki ,
The beginning of his extraordinary life, A very important node in every person's life in this planet.
Ikki's heart beats increases, sweats from his palm, even though he was always ready and looking forward for this moment , he was still afraid what will happen if he doesn't awaken just when ikki was thinking and about loose himself in darkness, a warm palm ruffeled his hair.,
Mom smiles and says
" Go Ikki even if you don't awake one, you will still be my son, don't worry I will treat you to your favorite chicken curry "
" Mom, you are not helping me by saying this"
Ikki , slaps himself twice in the face than taking a deep breath he goes off leaving behind a trail of words
" Only children make choices, I Kurogane Ikki want both the curry and the talent, just wait for the good news mom"
When the surrounding people heard the commotion and look towards the scene, All they saw was the heroic back of Ikki, who's aura screaming as if ready to wage war between 'heaven and earth'
