Sounds of students yelling were heard permeating throughout the behometh of the vessel, waves crashed against the hunk of metal that was the Speranza. The titan seperated water itself pushing it forward towards it's journey.
Soon student's would be on an island but as of right now lay Toji Fushiguro.
'Who knew I'd be resting on a cruise like this.' Fushiguro laid on his bed against the back board in him room. He was reading a book he recently started. While he occasionally read books to pass his time, there wasn't much he could do other than swim, get a massage and walk around without any reason on this titanic of a ship.
He shared a room with another class C student who he didn't see at all until late at night usually. He assumed he was out with friends.
Standing up Toji grabbed his phone and his slides slipping them on before opening the door. Immedietly leaving he realized who he was behind. The strawberry haired girl who did the citizens arrest with a couple other people. One was shorter than her with blonde short hair and another was a girl of similar height with hair bundled into a ponytail. Following behind slowly walking they turned a corner entering the elevator to top deck.
"Yea, I was talking her about that! Haha!-"
The elevators starting to close silenced the voice of a girl laughing. Toji slipped a hand through the door right before it closed opening the elevator. The trio now momentarily paused their conversation and noticed the man who just entered. Ichinose recognized him as he turned around facing the door.
"Oh Fushiguro right!? I remember you. You helped with the girl in the alley!" Ichinose spoke up making Toji turn his head to glance at the girl.
"Yea I also remember you... Say what's your name?"
"W-What! It's Ichinose! Sorry for acting surprised I just didn't expect you to not know it!"
"It's fine. I see your with your friends?"
"Oh right! This is Mako.... and this is Chihiro!" Ichinose introduced her friends in an animated fashion who both had varied reactions. Mako the ponytail girl smiled at Toji and did a slight wave, while Chihiro the shorter one weakly smiled averting her gaze from him and waving weakly.
"Sup!" Mako was like Ichinose in energy.
"H-Hello." Chihiro was the opposite but still seemed friendly nonetheless. Just shy.
"Sup." Toji greeted them both turning around and hearing the ding of the elevator door stepped through. The trio behind followed talking amongst themselves before Ichinose looked like she remembered something.
"Fushiguro, I forgot to mention this but thank you for helping in that alleyway! It was very kind of you!" Ichinose behind him spoke thanking Toji only for him to simply voice a single word.
"Yea."
"You were also really strong too! You grabbed that creep like a baby and said this cool line "Go back to where you came from" and then went *boom-*" Ichinose continued the conversation keeping it alive reminding Toji of what he did praising him mimicking movements like what he did. Toji grunted.
Before she could say anything further, the group reached the fhe front of the ship looking at the classes lined up, Toji slipped through a crowd that was still conversing leaving the trio behind and finding a spot to bide time for the announcement to start.
"Ahem. Attention students please pause your conversations. We will now start the exam."
Murmurs and shock were present throughout the class's. Some students looked unsurprised by this information.
"Once the cruise ship lands at the island to your left, every class will have to assign a leader that the other classes have no knowledge of. Furthermore there will be points on the island for camping at with a terminal that each class leader will have access to using a key card given by your homeroom teacher. Each class will be assigned 300 S points at the start of the exam. S points are what you'll use to get equipment for things such as toiletry's and other things inside the manual we'll hand out to every class. For choosing your leaders, you cannot change them at all unless there is a clear reason why with proof such as an injury.
On the note of spot occupation, classes can have multiple camp points giving one bonus S point for every spot they manage to take. If they are not renewed every 8 hours with the use of the key card given to leaders then the point is open to grab by any other class. With this, you cannot occupy another class's point with permission resulting in a 50 point deduction if you continue to stay. There will also be a roll call every day at 8 am in the morning and 8 pm at night resulting in a 5 point penatly for every absence.
On the last day of exam, classes will convene at the group point and make a guess on who the class leader's are. The class with the highest amount of points wins and if guessed incorrectly will suffer a 50 point deduction as with a a loss of all bonus points. In the manual you'll soon get, you'll also see other rules about point deductions further. I'll now leave you to yourselves to prepare for the exam."
With the information dropped the students digested the information before talking amongst themselves, some students were yelling to eachother while others were already starting to leave for preparation.
Fushiguro decided going the scenic route slowly walking and entering his room without any interruptions grabbing his already prepared bag.
Why he didn't grab it from the start? Simple really. He was bored. His roomate was already closing in on the room so he decided to stand by it.
"Yo Fushiguro, Ryuen wanted to speak to you. He's in the lounge" His roomate spoke, he was average. Black hair, brown eyes, average height.
"Alright." Toji responded starting to move and passing by his roomate, walking up a flight of emergency stairs that led to the top deck where the lounge was located. Within the longue was a karoke stand and Ryuen sat relaxed with another student Toji didn't recognize.
"Ah Fushiguro you came! I was doubting if you would with your reputation! Kuku, meet Katsuragi from class A!" Extending his arm and showing the class A student like an award, Ryuen laughed. Katsuragi's eyes scanned Toji evaluating him. With a stern voice he spoke.
"Ryuen, you didn't tell me there would be someone else."
"Kuku I know, hush hush. He's the smart type. He won't tell anyone of this. He works for money after all!" Watching the altercation in front of him Toji looked at them in boredom.
"How much are you paying? What do I need to do in the exam."
"Straight to point! 550,000 private points for doing some work for me with the other classes. Katsuragi and I made a deal giving private points and support from their classmates in exchange for S points to them. We'll spend everything we got on day 1. I'll stay behind on the island while everyone but a few stay behind."
"Where do I come into play?" Digging into his ear with his pinky finger, Toji waited.
"Kuku, the illusion of leadership. Ibuki and Kaneda are going to their respective classes as spy's. I want you to stay behind and be the leader. Trickery goes far. This plan will work, I know it. Go and do whatever you do after we land on the island. We'll supply you with the card and I'll be a decoy of sorts. I don't say this anyone, so take it as a compliment but you're a fucking ghost kuku! We'll supply you with supplies so you're not begging for help kuku! You're the best of the best right now so don't fail."
"Best of the best yea? Pay me 200,000 up front and another 250,000 after I'm finished. 1 mil total if you really want the best."
"Greedy fuck kuku! I'm counting on you Fushiguro! Katsuragi what do you think!?" Katsuragi listened to the conversation with a neutral face analyzing the odds before speaking.
"How will you ensure victory? I myself haven't heard of Fushiguro's accomplishments but I do know his name?"
"I heard you got some internal strife with that pegleg brat. Ever think of making her disappear?" Katsuragi's eyes widened before speaking out in a louder but still composed voice.
"What do you mean by that? I don't agree with murder, Fushiguro. If yo-"
Toji started to chuckle before grinning and interrupting Katsuragi.
"I was joking. I wouldn't do that... As Ryuen said I'm the best of the best. I'll be off everyone's radar. You won't even realize I exist by the time we hit the island."
Silence ensued before Katsuragi stood up and extended his hand towards Fushiguro.
"I trust your confidence, Fushiguro. Just get it done." They both shaked on it and started to sign a contract describing the details of what Ryuen already described.
Walking away, Katsuragi left the karoke lounge leaving only Ryuen and Toji. Now alone, Fushiguro tapped his phone against Ryuen's enacting the beginning transaction. Money was made.
.
.
"Fushiguro, what do you have so far?" Ryuen spoke out into the radio. Six days have passed since the first year class arrived at the island and Fushiguro crouched on a tree branch smoking a cigarette. Toji realized the bluff of security camera's being present immediately upon arrival.
Taking a drag of his cigarrete Toji looked at camp nearby. He would penalize his class if he was caught smoking as with make him get in trouble but he wouldn't. Who would expect a person smoking in a tree this high up?
"Class D is having an inner turmoil due to the tomboy. Black cat is ill like the tomboy and I said so she'll be out soon. With our previous options, It'll land on her little boyfriend for now. Jugs and Jolly Rancher are too obvious of canidates for being card holders. Blondie is too busy complaining to actually be a leader. That leaves the boy. Class A has the brat that follows Katsuragi in Class A as the leader. Two class D brats saw them leave a cave so they'll know something about that. Especially that little boyfriend mentioned earlier. Class B and Ichinose's lesbian cat, that Chihiro girl. She's the leader. Kaneda will back me up on that. He has more information than I do."
"Good kuku, I'll contact them both soon enough and make sure we're down. I paid well. Talk to you later kuku."
Fushiguro was the invisible man. No scent, no detection. His speed alone made him a ghost. His senses were off the charts. The only people who knew he was still on the island was the ones involved in the plan. While Fushiguro wasn't the smartest individual in the world, he knew to not underestimate teenagers. Toji would of abided by Ryuen's plan of leaving the exam if he wasn't getting paid but things change when money get's involved.
Now all he had to do was wait for a perfect oppurtunity. He would continue taking bonus points. Ryuen would sit back acting as a decoy.
'Ryuen is a cocky brat who's ego is in an all time high. Ego's cause mistakes if you're not precise but at least he has a brain.'
.
Hours passed as Toji's eyes scanned the world below. With amazing control of the body you can do everything. His body was drenched but he finally decided to leave his point.
Sliding down the tree, Fushiguro felt the rush of windy air around him start to wind up.
Looking up at the sky, Toji threw his now destroyed cigarette on the ground burying it. Rifling through his bag, Fushiguro grabbed the key card and sliding it into his pants before speed blitzing with ludicrous speeds arriving at his destination. One of the bonus points that was up for grab.
Scanning his keycard across the terminal point, Toji's head turned to a crackling of leaves and the sound of a stick breaking. Instead of staying any further Toji slipped out before any confrontation happened. Checking back, he noticed it was just the heavy rain causing noises. As he got to safety he heard his radio dial in.
"Fushiguro you read?"
"Yea. Ibuki got the picture?"
"Kuku no. Her camera was broken, instead she got the keycard itself. Says the black cat's name and everything! Kuku."
"Before you relay that to Katsuragi, you think what I said earlier about black cat's little boyfriend being suspicious?"
"Yea, pinkie here said she didn't notice anything off about him. You really think he'll be the leader kuku."
"You're too high right now. Word of advice, don't underestimate kids. Black Cat will be out of commission. A fever and an injury don't add up to someone staying. It's plain stupid to stay unless you have a death wish. It leaves only him. She's the only person he was close to, and the rest are too busy fixing their camp to realize what's up."
"You are one calculating bastard kuku. Have some evidence for that. Bald boy will want some."
"Black cat got injured and has a fever. Old man will realize too that there's no other options. Bye."
Ending the radio chatter, Toji found a suitable spot to sleep until the next day.

"Kukuku, Fushiguro it's been some time." Nodding Fushiguro with his hands in his pockets stood next to Ryuen. Kaneda and Ibuki already dropped out. Katsuragi was aware of the results from last night. They would not vote the class A leader as per the deal.
Ryuen and Fushiguro stepped out onto the beach after guessing the leaders. Now that everyone was present, Eyes and voices of surprise were heard throughout the classes pointing at Ryuen and yelling on how he was still on the island. Upon finishing their suprise about Ryuen, Fushiguro got even more curious glances and gasps. A certain brown haired boy held the smallest of reactions that went unnoticed.
"Now that everyone is present the results of the exam will be announced. We'll start with Class A."
"Class A voted for Chihiro Shiranami as the leader of class B. This was correct. 50 bonus points for Class A.

Every Class C student dropped out except for two. As S points do not go in the negatives and they had 0 upon starting the exam, no points will be deducted for this.
Class C started with 0 S points. With the final results, there class standing is at 176 S points."

Hey everyone. My bad it took me a couple days to write this very underwhelming island exam. I was struggling on what to do for it. I wanted to write characters in a way that actually made sense without being too over the top and them just knowing things inside the plot without thinking.Toji himself was difficult to write here because we've never seen his full strategic scale apart from his attack on Gojo and I wanted to implement his wariness about underestimating people. Hope it all made sense. It's 5 am in the morning so excuse me if I messed some calculations up. I hope you understand what I've written and what led to what and how it did so. Thank you.
